I had to pick between the two FX6 and Ronin and went for the Ronin 4D. I think it's a better camera for solo shooting and small crew situations than the other cinema cameras I've worked with, all flavours of RED, Venice, Sonys, Canons, and Blackmagic all those cameras require a lot of time to set up properly, most of the time you need to build the hand held rig with D-taps and cables with transmiters, monitors and focus motors to make them opperational, and thats only to a point to shoot hand held. If you want to do a dolly shot or a crane shot, you need to bring a couple of guys to help and spend extra time setting up those shots, with the Ronin you just grab the camera and do a dolly or mount the sensor on a boom pole and you have your shot in two minutes, you can even put the camera on sticks and operate it confortably from a chair remotely using the wireless monitor. The kind of shots you can get from the Ronin are very difficult to achieve from the FX6 out of the box and without extra equipment, it just give you an extra boost on production value that no one (at least in youtube) is considering.
I think the 4D was an incredible introduction into the Cinema camera market. IF DJI can get a more solid option to lock the sensor into place for tripod work, and even remove the head and attach to a drone, so the same sensor/lenses is flying, AND they allow the use of the same control unit for monitoring and camera control while a second operator flys...this system will be unbeatable.
Dji recently released the 8k sensor and its the same as the one on the inspire 3 but the have different mounts so I don't see a reason why they don't make them interchangeable
@@YOKokob aerodynamics if you look at the difference between the two the inspire three camera body is much more streamlined and sleek so it cuts through the air instead of being a brick wall to it and that matters a lot when you’re going 56 miles an hour in fact, it matters so much that if everything isn’t relatively sleek, especially something like a gimbal that will be dramatically reduced, or it could even fall out of the sky if the gimbal hits a really, really bad wobble so that is why not to mention the gimbal system seems to be lighter on the inspire three as well, which again matters because it fly
