I love my VGPU build especially with the triple Lian Li LCD fans at the bottom + the strimmers. Now with the aesthetics done, it's time to save up for the 9800X3D/5090
This is an amazing case. It's so nice that it comes with all black nonslip antistatic gloves 😮 😢😊 I especially really like the bottom. The angled fans and the nice side space for air flow, so it's not just sucking up air off the rug or dust on the table. Great airflow into your GPU. Btw those fans are sexy af BUT.. for me, im realistically not going to drop $288 after sales tax on this case. I spent $140 on my nzxt h9flow.
I’ve just bought a build yesterday with this case and I love it but yeah I under estimated the size of the case and my space for it plus how heavy it is with the components in. Great case and I’m impressed with it so far
I just picked me up a O11 Vision Compact so until my next build this case will have to wait. I am very surprised how awesome this build turned OUT. GREAT VIDEO as always.
Thank you! The O11 Vision Compact is such an awesome case. I still use it as my primary gaming rig, while this new one will be for productivity related work.
Nice showcasing, Dan Kam. I'm between this case and the APNX V1 - it's like an upgraded H6 Flow, and has pretty wooden panels. Would love to see you build in that case as well
late on this one but always a great day when dankam uploads a case review i swear i watched every short and 50% of your videos😂keep it up gaming kratos hope retirement is doing you well!
I was surprised to learn that the HAVN HS420 PC case, which costs a significant amount of money, only has two USB A 2.0 ports and no USB 3.0 ports. This seems like a significant oversight, especially since USB 3.0 has become the standard for high-speed data transfer. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks! The paste came pre-applied on the cooler itself. Most coolers nowadays will but not all, so you definitely have to check. There will be as stick there you have to remove if there is no paste, which a lot of people forget about and will cause major overheating if not removed.
Yeah, I don’t see why not. May take some carefully placed tube bends but should be an issue at all, especially if using a low profile block for the CPU. I have seen some custom loops online already
thinking of picking up this case and installing an arctic liquid freezer 420 up top, going off the product page it should fit but do you think it will?
@@x3lit3xn0b0dy I just built in this exact case this weekend with the Corsair H170i 420mm and I have the Aorus Master 4090, it all fits. 11 140mm fans in total.
@@zeembrem Definitely go with the 14700f then. It is significantly more expensive than the 5700x though. Comparing those 2 is definitely not easy because they are much different CPU's and the 5700x is on AM4, which is last gen platform for AMD. Same for the 14700f.
Aren’t there problems with the intel core rn? would there be a more reliable core that is in the same price range/ would work in this build? Or is the intel core fine now
They released a micro-code update for 13th and 14th generation Intel CPU’s to fix it, but it’s still a big mess. The one I used is Intel’s newest flagship CPU and there are no issues with them. I would be with a 9800X3D right now or 7800X3D from AMD, its it’s mainly for gaming. 9950x or 7950X3D if you also productivity.
So, you have 7 fans as intake, including the ones on the rear ( those 3 going verticle, behind the gpu ). those fans push air in, but the GPUs pass through design would push air to the back of the gpu, against them, right ? could that be bad ?
Correct, the GPU pushes air through it and DOWN. Ideally, I should be using the airflow guide which will actually divert the air away from the cool air from the bottom fans, but even in this configuration, the temps are absolutely excellent.
I would honestly wait. While I whole heatedly miss EVGA and loves my 3080 FTW3, there are better and cheaper alternatives now. And we have no idea what’s to come with the 5xxx series cards.
@@DanKamYouKnow It's not how you speak. Somewhere in the slower music. "What the" is actually said in a female, almost girlish voice. At first I thought it was intentional because the case looks sick. But then it kept happening and I wondered if it was me or someone was talking to me. Then I found out it was from your video 😀
Ohhhhhh!!! I do have the background track at like -29db so it's barely audible, but enough to hear that faint talking. I might have to try another track for background music as I can't unhear it now LOL
Yo i would be so grateful if i could even get a 1k pc my current pc is so bad that i can only play roblox on it💀 ive asked my parents but there just to damn expensive. I want to be able to play other games but my computer cant physically handle them

Wow, what a neat build. Love the green-colored lights. Cable management is top notch as usual!

Either one would be a great fit, depends on which one you like more! Hopefully I get the chance to build in that one soon.

Thanks Mike!! I am definitely looking forward to it, thanks for commenting!
Dayyyuuummm bro smh my pockets are sweating
😂😂😂😂
i do like the case. i really dislike all the cases with the curved edge rather than the right angle
I’m curious how well the canted bottom fans work compared to the regular orientation.
It’s interesting how only the vertical version comes with the angled bottom fan bracket. Would be cool to see how the flat bracket version would do.
That gpu ain't got no green on it ... Other than that it's perfect
I tried it but the lighting didn’t look right with the fans, so I went with stealth black and no lights. Thanks!! Appreciate the comment!
Would love to learn more about how you wire managed the fans. It looks like you had four fan groups?
Awesome case ngl! Im kinda jealous!
Kinda new to bulding a pc but i must ask, why no thermal paste on the cpu? Does the cooler already had it?
Thanks! The paste came pre-applied on the cooler itself. Most coolers nowadays will but not all, so you definitely have to check. There will be as stick there you have to remove if there is no paste, which a lot of people forget about and will cause major overheating if not removed.
@ i see! Thank you for the advice! I will do another build soon thanks to your videos! Thank you for your videos
Thing looks like it could be a workstation case
100%! Especially with the sheer amount of drive bays it has on the side (if you don’t run side fans).
fantastic video!!
Just wondering if a 4090 + that watercooler would work in that case with the GPU vertical? They already look pretty close.
Yeah, I don’t see why not. May take some carefully placed tube bends but should be an issue at all, especially if using a low profile block for the CPU. I have seen some custom loops online already
If you had to pick one, either a Lian Li Vision Compact or Havn HS420, which would you pick?
both..lol
thinking of picking up this case and installing an arctic liquid freezer 420 up top, going off the product page it should fit but do you think it will?
Not if you try to fit a fat 4080/4090 with vertical mount
@x3lit3xn0b0dy I take it the thicker cards interfere with the tubes going into the pump
@@x3lit3xn0b0dy I just built in this exact case this weekend with the Corsair H170i 420mm and I have the Aorus Master 4090, it all fits. 11 140mm fans in total.

Hi what do you think is better a ryzen 7 5700x or an i7 14gen with an 4060 ti?
Which 14th gen CPU exactly?

How is your cable management this good, im planning on just taping my cables up this weekend but any pointers.
One cable at a time!! Plan out how each one will be routed before putting them all in. You gotta visualize where each cable is going to go
I really love the case but its probably way too expensive for any of my builds😅
"oh wow thats a pretty cool ca- HOLY DAMN 380 EUROS?"
Pricey case but extremely premium.
420 with a green scheme? IDK, seems like there's a subliminal message, but I just can't place my finger on it... 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Damn do you keep track of how many PCs you have built so far?
I do not! Most get disassembled and reused for other stuff. I should start keeping track though, good idea.
what turntable are you using. i want one too for building on my pc. but i only find small turntables.
Do you think a micro atx board in this would be a waste?
I think it would look kind of small in there BUT, a vertical GPU MIGHT cover the bottom area where the motherboard cuts off!
Aren’t there problems with the intel core rn? would there be a more reliable core that is in the same price range/ would work in this build? Or is the intel core fine now

Prefer the design of the HP Omen case - Classic OG
Ahhh, the good ole Omen days.
How about airflow if there is has a glass?
Gamers Nexus did much more in depth tests with the airflow guide off vs on, and it didn’t make a huge difference.
So, you have 7 fans as intake, including the ones on the rear ( those 3 going verticle, behind the gpu ). those fans push air in, but the GPUs pass through design would push air to the back of the gpu, against them, right ? could that be bad ?
