Being from the bronx knowing and growing up with a lot of these ppl who get into gangs all I can do is wish them luck while I mind my business. It's a blessing to even make it to 18 in the Bronx real talk. Note: For those who don't know since January 1st any child 12 and under wont be charged for any crime they commit unless its homicide so its only getting worse.
I think it’s not as extreme as you say unless you really live in a bad bad area of the bx. To be lucky to live to 18? That’s a reach imo. Just mind your business and keep it pushing when someone tries to get slick with you it ain’t worth trying to prove you bout it to someone who has nothing to live for. As for the second part that’s really crazy I ain’t even know that was in effect.
