Nah dd 16 and notti was 14. Notti is his blood brother. SUgarhill Ddot is their best-friend who is also 14 turning 15 in march. Notti didn't kill anyone, what the person was saying was that a 15 year old which they called a (TEEN) stabbed another (TEEN) notti was the one who got stabbed.
