Thanks for introducing Idobao to me and just making good content! I picked up the ID87 Crystal so that I had a board that I could show off the internals to friends when talking about the hobby. This was my first custom keyboard but it only took 2 days and went pretty smoothly. I built it out with Gat Black Ink V2s (filmed and lubed), Akko Psittacus keycaps and did the PE foam mod on a friend's recommendation and have been very happy with it! Dunno if the PE foam mod is dark magic or my keycaps are thicker than those but I think mine sounds a lot less clacky than in your sound test.

Just ordered this one and a set of GMK Olivia Light kit with the pink spacebar - cannot wait to see what it’ll look like in the end!
I really dig the Ice Candy switches (used Cannonkeys 69g slow springs in mine). Pretty dang smooth stock, buttery with some 205g0. Nice to see you use them!
I put them in my GMMK Pro with no case or PCB foam with an FR4 plate and the whole thing opened up sound-wise. Way less muted than typical builds.

I missed the stream :( I have build it with the kbd foam pads and it worked quite well against the pure clack . Nice build as always!
What foam pads did you buy and use from KBDfans got this board?
PS: How did you get this already? I pre-ordered months ago & first deliveries are expected in January last I heard.
@@FitLabb The first delivery date was late august and it kept delaying - after a few friendly e-mails, i got it early. I build it on my channel. I think those are called switch pads on kbdfans.
Just when I thought there was no good looking transparent easily moddable 80+ keyboard on tbe market (the Drop Carina is too small and the IQ80 Wormhole a pain to open)… Thanks for the video mate!
