I was a JW for 25 years. A ministerial servant for 14 years. I am 66 years old now and I feel like 2/3 of my life was practically a lie. There was an elder an hour circuit who was accused of child molestation by two different families involving three different young girls. Without going into a lot of details I was handed information about the case that turned it on its head. The man had repeatedly said that he might have quite possibly have done it but didn't remember it. What a joke! My wife and I was handed over evidence that was going to prove him a liar and when we handed it over to our coordinator he said he was taking to the Co. A brother approached me and told me that they had a meeting and if I was to press the issue they would make sure that I would be Disfellowshiped!!!! That was 3 years ago back in 2021. That is when I began to wake up.

Sorry you went through that injustice. I am very passionate about this subject having known so many victims of CSA that was covered over because the victims were guilted into keeping quiet so that they didn't bring 'reproach on Jehovah.' I am 74 years old. I was a born in but I left right after 1975. So I have been out for a long time. I was lucky, I had real friends outside of the cult. I never missed any of them. Some shunned me, but I didn't care if they did or didn't. They all seemed so fake to me. I always hated going door knocking, and the endless meetings. Your watched constantly so I became very secretive about everything. Anyway, that was a long time ago.

Have you spoken to an attorney about it? Only one person is needed to start the action as long as you're sure you can get others to sign on later from what I understand. I could be wrong though, so talking to an attorney would be best.

I asked about the 1975 thing when i was first studying in 2009 my teacher at the time used a scripture about the light keeps getting brighter and brighter. I studied on and of until about 8 months ago. Then something happened and i started digging. The scripture the use about light i love to say the gaslight keeps getting brighter and brighter😮. Joe and Fran, Six screens, Vern, Kim and Mikey have all helped me not look back. I wont be going back to a kingdom hell 😮😂.
I also started questioning what the hell I was doing in a Kingdom hall 11 years ago! There was no compassion or unconditional love to be found there and never was. I was shunned by many, for years, after marrying a man outside the religion! After 26 years I'd had it! I stopped going to the meetings but didn't send a letter of disassociation until little over a year ago. So get this: All mammals who are lactating pass millions of their white blood cells to their milk every time they breastfeed their babies or, as in the case of cows, goats, and other farm animals, they are milked so their milk or milk-based foods can be consumed by humans or other species in need of supplemental milk. My dad has been inactive for decades. He never bothered to research what he was taught. He mostly just didn’t want to go the meetings and knock on doors. His last straw was when the elders took him aside after a meeting to lecture him on attendance and told him he was a bad family head when I was a kid. He didn’t really believe in the GB. He though held on to the no blood and almost died 4.5 years ago. I decided to research for him and I have spent 2-3 years presenting things here or there carefully to get him thinking. Well unfortunately his colon cancer has returned and he is getting surgery this week. He however is now on board to take blood if needed and changed what he needed to in his medical records.I just can’t tell any JW family. So at least I know he will take blood in surgery this week if need be. I also exposed those crooks running that real estate business and he is done and doesn’t buy of their crap anymore. Also he really was upset when I showed him all the military stocks WT has had. My dad almost went to jail for not going to Vietnam. He even said he wouldn’t do civil service instead, because that’s what WT taught back then. I think those stocks and the real estate is what set him free from the indoctrination of the cult.

I personally know an older JW couple, otherwise very nice, very down to earth folks, however who cruelly hard SHUN one of their now grown sons who was coerced into getting baptized as a kid. They however have a very warm relationship with their other son and his wife who never got baptized. I’ve spoken with the shunned son who lives a very respectable life but wants nothing to do with the JW religion because he is so hurt and has emotional damage because of the way that his otherwise loving parents have shunned him and his family. I know of many other cases just like that too. So that bro at your door was absolutely LYING, but JWs can’t reveal everything about their doctrine until one is fully indoctrinated and immersed. I visited the pyramid before it was torn down. A lot of free mason symbols were carved into it. It wasn't Russell's head stone though. It sat next to his grave. Russell had a traditional headstone. It seemed to me to be a kind of memorial to the watchtower society.

I was a JW for 25 years. A ministerial servant for 14 years. I am 66 years old now and I feel like 2/3 of my life was practically a lie. There was an elder an hour circuit who was accused of child molestation by two different families involving three different young girls. Without going into a lot of details I was handed information about the case that turned it on its head. The man had repeatedly said that he might have quite possibly have done it but didn't remember it. What a joke! My wife and I was handed over evidence that was going to prove him a liar and when we handed it over to our coordinator he said he was taking to the Co. A brother approached me and told me that they had a meeting and if I was to press the issue they would make sure that I would be Disfellowshiped!!!! That was 3 years ago back in 2021. That is when I began to wake up.

Sorry you went through that injustice. I asked about the 1975 thing when i was first studying in 2009 my teacher at the time used a scripture about the light keeps getting brighter and brighter. I studied on and of until about 8 months ago. Then something happened and i started digging. The scripture the use about light i love to say the gaslight keeps getting brighter and brighter😮. I also started questioning what the hell I was doing in a Kingdom hall 11 years ago! There was no compassion or unconditional love to be found there and never was. I was shunned by many, for years, after marrying a man outside the religion! After 26 years I'd had it! I stopped going to the meetings but didn't send a letter of disassociation until little over a year ago. We are now a bunch of xjw's around here ( in Norway) and we're so happy to never having to be a part of that evil cult anymore!

Great video and thank you. I commented on your previous video and I did leave last year after 40 years of enduring abuse from this mob and when I divorced they kicked me to the curb. My dad has been inactive for decades. He never bothered to research what he was taught. He mostly just didn’t want to go the meetings and knock on doors. His last straw was when the elders took him aside after a meeting to lecture him on attendance and told him he was a bad family head when I was a kid. He didn’t really believe in the GB. He though held on to the no blood and almost died 4.5 years ago. I decided to research for him and I have spent 2-3 years presenting things here or there carefully to get him thinking. Well unfortunately his colon cancer has returned and he is getting surgery this week. He however is now on board to take blood if needed and changed what he needed to in his medical records.I just can’t tell any JW family. So at least I know he will take blood in surgery this week if need be. I also exposed those crooks running that real estate business and he is done and doesn’t buy of their crap anymore. Also he really was upset when I showed him all the military stocks WT has had. My dad almost went to jail for not going to Vietnam. He even said he wouldn’t do civil service instead, because that’s what WT taught back then. I think those stocks and the real estate is what set him free from the indoctrination of the cult.

Everything you said is spot on !! I personally know an older JW couple, otherwise very nice, very down to earth folks, however who cruelly hard SHUN one of their now grown sons who was coerced into getting baptized as a kid.
They however have a very warm relationship with their other son and his wife who never got baptized.
I’ve spoken with the shunned son who lives a very respectable life but wants nothing to do with the JW religion because he is so hurt and has emotional damage because of the way that his otherwise loving parents have shunned him and his family.
I know of many other cases just like that too. So that bro at your door was absolutely LYING, but JWs can’t reveal everything about their doctrine until one is fully indoctrinated and immersed.
And if one doesn’t conform to the Governing Body’s ever changing doctrines, or questions, or raises concerns about anything, you’ll immediately be viewed with suspicion and be accused of being an evil apostate ! !

I visited the pyramid before it was torn down. A lot of free mason symbols were carved into it. It wasn't Russell's head stone though. It sat next to his grave. Russell had a traditional headstone. It seemed to me to be a kind of memorial to the watchtower society.
