The defendent had no right to put her hands on the plaintiff. She had no right to punch the plaintiff!!! Just don't go to haunted house if you don't want to be brushed by an employee. She definitely overreacted to the plaintiff. She's a nasty individual!!! I bet she never apologized to this young man. That man's nose will never be the same. He had to have incurred severe pain. He was just scarring individuals! She needs to lighten up! Maybe her big bottom took up a lot of space that they were in. She's not a small woman! That could be the problem.

When my children went to a haunted house one of the actors actually did touch the children and all the mothers complained. They didn't just jump at the children they actually scared the children by putting their hands on them.
I don't agree with not hitting someone who inappropriately puts their hands on you.
Hit do whatever to protect yourself.
I do think the plantif went to far.

Men should watch themselves around the first case defendant. She seems like the kind who'd send an innocent man to jail falsely claiming he violated her. I'm actually surprised that didn't happen with the plaintiff.
I’ll bet scaractor is a contractor, not a regular employee. Workers comp laws are diverse and often restrictive. I’m not convinced she was assaulted although I believe in “me too”!
I’m sorry but if you’re in the haunted house business, you need to be prepared if a person hits. Because people can have a limit of things
