She brought those bed bugs to the the plaintiffs place. If they were already there she would have been bitten the first night.

Her gave her money back which made her whole. But she wants 900 over the 600 he gave back. If anything for damages she should only get 300, but she is double dipping and getting a whole vacation for free.

First case she is very likely not allowed to be there at all under the lease. You can't just move a third person into an apartment without going through management and adding them to the lease.

The plantif is jealous of the defendant's girlfriend. The plantif is unrealistic,ridiculous he has a very ugly attitude.
He was hoping the defendant would ask his girlfriend to leave.

Jealous how if someone is there like the judge stated for more than 3 days a month you are a tenant, he asked them to work it out before court he tried, he is paying more because it's a third-party using up everything but not paying
