Orvieto is wonderful. To be clear: it is a very easy day trip from Rome (though it's worth staying overnight). We were fortunate to train there (from Rome) for a few days, then, rent a car to continue through Tuscany. Only regret - would like to have spent much more time in the Duomo - Wonderful art work!

Four years ago we were lucky enough to get to spend nine nights in Orvieto. We loved it!

Love Orvieto! Friends of ours run a very nice agriturismo, Agriturismo Cioccoleta Orvieto.

Love your video from Orvieto. Did you know ' Patrickswell' is a town in Ireland.

I've never heard of this town. It looks stunning. The wine tasting would be fun. We are thinking of going to Italy next year so adding this town to our list.

Another great video. My wife and I are really enjoying them. How easy is it to get to Orvieto from the train station if you do not have a car? It looks simple from the maps.

from Orvieto station is very easy, 500m walk to the cable car that takes you up into town. There are many videos on YT

Will you be staying permanently in Italy? Will you continue your studies with a Ph.D., or are you starting your career with a permanent job? Rsvp. Thank you for all the videos. Most enjoyable.

Hi and thank you! This year I'm mostly focusing on TH-cam and some other projects, but we'll see for the next year 😉
