A very interesting lot of diecast Martin, the vanguard car ( the whine up car) orange in color is a interesting piece to restore👍, never have seen one like that. Great vid again and lovely load of stuff to repair,the britains motorbike i have restored a couple of the military ones by making handlebars from electrical wire by leaving some of the plastic insulation on one end to make the grips and cutting the wire to length,its good enough for the 1/32nd figures i use for wargameing.

What a good selection box you got this Xmas. Stars for me the AA van at the start, the Plymouth Fury and those rally VWs toward the end. The 137 number VW had the small yellow Honda trailer with a motorcycle on it. That helicopter is an MBB105 and I guess it does need a stretcher in the back.

XD 36:50 their tiny wheels could be useful for builds, methinks. like if you have to replace regular wheels with something more modern, but not oversized. 37:50 I have one with the crane on it, but the hook missing. gettign there slowly. XD 39:30 someone stated that the A-frames tend to be broken off. to me that's a rarity, really... this one looks nicely straight. 40:44 ah, the slingshot dragster. :) 44:45 a tootsie, maybe? 49:34 reminds me of that short run of the cortina 4 with the night-glow windscreen inserts. no idea what that ought to be good for, but there. 51:40 Hot Wheels has come out with a new casting of this one, but it's a complete new casting. size is different, making is different... if you go that far to modify a mould you can go all the way and make an all-new one. :) the HW is also a more "modern" version with widebody and air intakes and stuff. 55:00 made by Ertl. don't find them that often here. 56:20 "Vitesse" a french brand, like everyone else, made in china. :P 1.02:20 the white beetle is the original, it's missing door numbers and a monte carlo emblem in the front. they just kept that plate when they swicthed the colour to bronce. 1.06:30 I think this is the company making model trucks for advertising giveaways. most times their brand name is omitted, though. 1.07:01 yes, there goes a stretcher. I think this is a SIKU heli, going onto a trailer. 1.07:59 aw, a rare one, this one. and it seems to be still working. :) 1.08:59 not sure what goes there, myself. there were many things, from gas stations, garages, other payload, a bridge... I think this one used to have a crane for logs or pipes on the trailer. the hole in the trailer's head is default, maybe because of the casting method. one would have to look up the number on the trailer and rig to see what they used it for. back whent hey were new I never really looked at them closely because the price tag was way out of reach, anyway. aand another hour of flea market done. :D see you in 2024! ^^

One of the charity shops told my dad he can take all of the matchbox and corgi cars they had or they were going to throw them away he left some as he had a lot to carry .Seemed really wasteful a few good ones in their like the safari and horse riding with trailer larger scale land rovers both missing the rear doors .
Both my grown children have volunteered in Charity shops and told me Charites often throw away old "Old Diecast" believing it to be worthless but keep LIedo thinking they are valuable, My son put them right.
Blimey that's great ,I get nothing from those shops around here maybe a few non branded cheap stuff that's all ,thanks for watching my friend its really appreciated
