Actually his level is over 350 his attack and magic stats are maxed out with a speed that's graded S tier if you read the manga you can see his test scores and where they placed him his knowledge of ancient runic magic places him at the top tier of magic knights in the whole world and due to him being the student of the oldest and most powerful witch there is he's basically a prodigy unphased by any tasks he's faced with through his life
