I'm a Yemeni arab Muslim and all my life in America I've always been discriminated for being Muslim. And ever since I traveled to Mexico over vacation I swear to God those people are so sweet and not judgmental! I've never been in a country without people pointing out if I'm opressed or anything ignorant/stereotypical like that! I can literally stay in Mexico forever! And I usually travel to countries because my country is at War too! I hope the war can stop so I can go back to see the rest of my family. Other than that Mexico is amazing and the people there are so loving and caring! And I have plenty of Mexican best friends in America and they were also discriminated as well. The funny thing is that in America my dad learned how to speak Spanish fluently by taking classes in college and everytime I'm in a grocery store in Mexico I wouldn't know how to communicate with the people when they speak to me in Spanish so my dad has to speak to them I felt so embarrassed cuz I don't know how to speak Spanish. But other than that if anyone is looking forward to going or visiting to Mexico I recommend you people 100% to go to that beautiful country! God bless Mexico!😍

latin america is a land of mixed race people my friend. we dont segregate like american's do. We only ask foreigners to adapt to our culture be one of us. eggsandwich8885 i had muslim Syrian neighbors as a kid and they where great neighbors... all of them married to mexicans and became christians except the older brother who married a muslim girl of palestinian origin.. i knew a few muslim kids when i was younger.. in my city there used two be two mosques ... only one remains and although is well tended, not many visit it.. most of the middle eastern immigrants to Mexico where christians but quite a few where muslims.. and since have been assimilated for the most part.. do you live here?

I love this and I’m absolutely proud! When she said “My heart is Mexican” I got goosebumps! However, there are many children in Mexico without basic education living in poverty and I wish that schools were open to every Mexican child as they are open to people that are not from Mexico! .. ❤️☮️
I agree. Sometimes it feels like they care more about foreigners than the people. But free education is starting to become a thing, just recently la SEP in union with plenty of universities in the country accepted to give out free licenciaturas or university studies online. I think that is pretty cool but yeah, they should also focus on elementary schools to make it free too. But as things are looking nowadays I think it is us mexicans that need to take the first (and plenty more steps) to make that a reality.

Public schools in mexico are free. Parents just supply uniforms and school supplies. Unfortunately certain families prefer their children to work so they choose not to continue their education. For poor families If u have to choose between school or being able to eat then education usually takes a back seat. Atleast this was what i saw when i lived for a few years in mexico.
