At first I was thinking the nutserts were a ridiculous thing to use here, but upon reflection it's probably best to have that weak point so if you do nose it into something hopefully strut tower survives
Is there a follow video on this? Would it have been possible to remove the nutserts so you wouldn't have to notch the frame rails and then just reinstall new ones? Thanks!
I believe in the build video of the chassis it has a follow up on everything finally installed and welded for the front. The nut certs can be removed and reinstalled, that’s definitely a way to do it for sure.
We were thinking about doing this on our FC, excellent vid!
Thanks for watching
Love your videos mate. Love from New Zealand. Cool kit.
Thank you for the support! Cheers 🍻
Coming along pretty quickly!

Well I hope I don’t nose into anything but these kits are made for drifting mainly so I’d assume they have some sort of give.
Yeah I don't recommend nosing into anything like a tunnel wall. Really ruins your summer. And winter. Know any one that needs an LS car project? Lol
@@d100dodgepw Not a crashed one :P.

How are the fenders and the bumper mounted? theres no attachment points only for the headlights...
I had to make my own mount points with nut certs
