Hands down one of my favourite looks to date. I never would have thought that just by changing the direction of the wing what a stunning and beautiful look how it gives it that wow factor! As a brown skin girl I've always been petrified to use very light colours but you have given me the confidence to dip into my untouched eyeshadows, it looks stunning on you and the blue eyeliner? Wow that really blew me away with how stunning it looks paired with the smokey wing. Also showing the comparison with the regular wing on hooded eyelid was (no pun intended), a real eye opener! I've never tried wing make up as everything turns up into a black mess, I love the look when done but just insecured about trying it. Your method is much easier and makes so much sense. My eyes are quite hooded and I'm a little insecure about them but this looks great, I'm going to change the colours a little to suit my pale as milk skin but I think this technique will work brilliantly for me. I finally realized I have hooded eyes about a year ago (I’ve never been able to manage even the smallest wing). I started practicing bat wing liner, but just when I was getting the hang of it, the aging of my upper eye really took a turn! Now my eyes are too hooded even to manage this style of liner. I’ve decided to be happy without a wing and use diffused shadow to create some lift to the eye instead
Gorgeous as always❤️ If I remember correctly you've shown this technique before, the only reason I haven't tried it is because I do not have eyelashes so I use an eyeliner to fill them in. I've tried using black eyeshadow but it just doesn't give as much intensity, and I just cannot seem to master putting falsies on.
