In a world of reels and tiktok videos, as an old school makeup girl, it is so refreshing to find a channel with real makeup tutorials, that are completely wearable and elevates your make up game without being over the top.thanks!😁
Totally focused and unbothered by the BS within the YT makeup community. Love it! No wonder she is so well loved and respected. She’s all about her craft/gift with makeup.
I've NEVER tried a complex eye look (usually just 1-2 colours max, applied roughly) but I had some time on my hands and decided to give this a go. holy crap, this works so well! my eye makeup has never looked better. thank you for walking us through this, you have the BEST and I mean the best makeup tutorials I've ever seen in my 10+ years of watching beauty videos on youtube.
Yes that's a good idea. I have watched many years too and finally got brave enough to start my channel. I was doing so good to have just started out. Then my mom needed me to take care of her and I left all my equipment and things at my house so I had to stop doing my videos. Then my husband got very sick and I had to take care of him for several months. He recently passed away. Its been a very sad time. But I am looking forward to starting my channel again. I've lost so many subscribers since I haven't been able to make videos. But I hope to get going again. I'm very shy so that initial getting started is hard for me.
Wow... I already have a perfect eyelash curler for my lashes (Lancome), but I never threw away my old curler because I wondered if I would need it again for anything, and this is it! Cut crease is my favorite eyeshadow look so I love taking my time and doing it perfectly, but this will save a lot of time and look just as pretty 🥰🥰🥰 Thanks for the video ❤️❤️❤️
Your tutorials are so good ... Would really appreciate a series of tutorials showing techniques on a sagging hooded eye model ... Whole different ball game!
I swear I used to always wonder why people use spoons and not Lash curlers as a stencil for cut-creases. I've used this trick in the past and it has always worked. ❤️️
Man I love your tutorials. The eye looks are ALWAYS stunning!!! I love how close up you get and how you see it transform. Love how you show every single detail to the end, I wish others would do that!!! Great work! And keep the uploads coming!!!!

Smitha I love the way you do everything it’s always so simple. I have seen this technique but haven’t tried it yet but I’m going to now. I was going to ask when you were going to use her brushes.
Hi Smitha, Love your tutorials. To the point, simple & without waffling on & on like so many others do. I think they like hearing their own voices too much. YOU ARE A GEM TO LISTEN TO. Beautiful tone in your voice and SIMPLICITY is the KEY. As you move through your instructions, I find myself drawn to watch and listen to every aspect you teach. The end product is a TRUE ART come together and looks awesome. Thank you.. Sweetie, Redbank AUSTRALIA.
You. Are. Awesome! I am loving your easy techniques! Work smarter not harder! This is why I swear by your tutorials because you keep it simple yet fabulous! Much love to you! ❤️❤️❤️
I have been following you from last 2 years. I had zero knowledge of makeup before that. I won't say I am expert now but I don't have to go to parlour for smallest of occasions. Plus the skin care knowledge you give is very helpful. Thanks

This is awesome I loved it!! I tried before a cut crease and was so frustrating because of my shaky hands and I thought I needed a special tool to create a look like this like those small fan brushes or something expensive and I wasn’t willing to buy another brush just to do this, but now I will definitely try this my lash curler is the right shape to do it! Plus your tutorials are the best , so easy to follow and very helpful always thank You 🙏🏼 I’m so happy you posted this, just in time for the holidays! You’re the make up queen Smitha 🤩👏🏽👏🏽
She makes it seem so easy, but it takes talent, a good mirror, lighting and the right eyeshadow brushes let me tell you. lol. As always she is great of course. 💕
OMG, I would have never known to cut the crease with a eye lash curler! Wow! Totally easy! I can't wait to try this. Thank you for making these videos.
This is just brilliant! I never try a cut crease because I don't want to do the outline. This takes care of that. I will have to buy a new curler tho, I only have a heated one. Off to the store I go! Thanks Smitha, you are pure gold! 🏅🏅🏅🏅
I just found your channel and I'm obsessed. I've fallen out of love with make up but your videos have made me want to pick up my brush and pratice again. Thank you for that!
You blew my mind lol I'm an old school MUA and why I never thought of it sooner just leaves me laughing at myself. Thank you so much. I'm a newbie to your channel and have enjoyed every tutorial I've watched. You are so incredibly talented ! Much ❤from Lethbridge AB Canada 🇨🇦
Hi Smitha, nice to see you, this technique works very well instead precisely. The way you present the technique to do the same is very comfortable. Thanks for putting your effort to tell us the way that does it in easy and simple technique. Thanks🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤ lots of love❤❤❤❤❤..

Love your videos smitha ! I’m hooked ! Could you make more eyeshadow videos using yellow, orange, pastels and more vibrant colours from the colourpop palettes ? Just love the way you simplify using makeup
Love it! I can’t wait to try it; like really, I’m about to go wash my face and play with my makeup 🥰 It’s so calming for me. Btw- new subscriber! I’m so happy one of your videos popped up in my feed today 😊 It was the one about puppy liner and hooded eyes. I enjoyed the tutorial very much. Plus, I noticed many comments thanking you for the hooded eyes tutorials you do many of, from what I gather. I’ve got hooded eyes and I love doing my makeup but I really could learn a lot from you about the best ways to work with them. Thank you & I look forward to learning some great tips & tricks from you! ❤️
Thanks a lot Smitha! I know I won't go wrong with my make up if I do it as you're showing us 😉😉😉BTW, I have to buy a curler because I don't really use it but for this technique I will
Wearing makeup can make you feel more relaxed, happy, and confident when you meet people. In fact, makeup is said to stimulate the brain and change the way we feel, and it is also a good physical exercise for the upper limbs.💖💖💖💖💋💋💋💋💋💄💄💄💄💄
Looks great! Thanks for inspiring me to get out those makeup quads I've got and use them! I battled with eye sensitivities so I was makeup shy for a while but I like the looks presented here! Well done.
I love your tutorials! I am a young 67 year old woman with hooded eyes and love your way of applying eyeshadow and especially the winged eyes. I have blue eyes and wonder if the colored eyeshadows you use would look as good with my blue eyes as your eyes? I love the colors!! Thank you for all that you do! Linda
Hi Smitha. I am a new subscriber to your channel. I have a question. Why did you cover up the beautiful job of your eyeshadow with concealer? It looked so beautiful!! I am 67 years young. But, I still don't understand a lot about eye makeup today. Until the past few years, I never knew about these new techniques. For me, it was always one shadow color on the lid only, eyeliner, and mascara. A lot has changed. Thank you in advance for letting me post. XOXO Suzan
Hi Suzan, Thanks for subbing! I used the concealer to even out my skintone, the one you're referring to is actually discoloration that I have on my lid that probably looks like eyeshadow :)
Namaste Smitha I am new to your channel & I love it..I have learned so much from watching almost all of your videos. A question when you doing a cut crease, do you use the same concealer, which you used for your upper lid? Thank you
That's my exact same question and I was looking for someone who has already asked it rather than asking it myself. Somehow the second concealer looks lighter than the first one.
I think the coloration on your eye lids is so beautiful 😍 wondering if you have ever done a look that works with it not covering. Thanks for the helpful videos ❤️
Amazingly beautiful ❤️! Love it. How you make it precise and the education here is to take your time to get the right precision. Makeup cannot be rushed! Thank you. 💕

Yes I use the same concealer 🥰
I think the coloration on your eye lids is so beautiful 😍 wondering if you have ever done a look that works with it not covering. Thanks for the helpful videos ❤️
Why do all that blending at the beginning, just to cover 2/3 of it up with concealer??
