Jotaro Could've Saved Josuke's Grandpa
So when Josuke heals his Grandpa, he still doesn't wake up because his heart stopped beating. (probably) However, in Part 3, we see Jotaro reviving Joseph with Star Platinum by beating his heart. Jotaro easily could've done this with Josuke's Grandpa but chose not too (probably because he forgot about it.)
