So alien, yet calming. So glitchy, yet lush. So abandoned, yet beautiful. These images tell thousands of stories. The music translates the emotions well. Love it. That wall looks scary, though. Seems that history truly does keep repeating itself. Anyway, thank you for sharing this. Can't stop listening to it.
This video is super inspiring to me from a videography perspective. I’ve owned a gimbal for my a6400 for years and I’ve always thought it would be fun to get b-roll for my synthesizer videos, but I’ve just never done it. But this video really demonstrates how effective this style of presentation can be!
Came here for a product demonstration and left actually feeling something in my heart. The last part of this very moving! I would love to hear more about your experience with the Tracker Mini.
Awesome!!! I don’t know how this doesn’t have millions of views, as a Texan this is really calming to watch, so homey but like experiencing what’s left of humanity after everyone disappeared, spectacular work!
To make things clear, I commented to you both with the same comment. It is astonishing to see how 2 guys take some Thelma & Louise-like road trip and pleasure us with two completely different accounts of said roadtrip. As I follow both and "now" how both of you are opposites in many ways, I will not compare both videos. Albeit I must say both videos touched me in different ways and the experience watching your different videos enrichened me in multiple ways, So thank your Cameron & Benn for not only coming back in one piece but also, and mostly, for sharing your experience in a compelling and immersive way.
I'm an enthusiastic subscriber. I've been waiting for this video to appear in my feed. I had to seek it out because it wasn't there. Road Trip Shadow Banned? Probably not.
Weird - or maybe not - how music sets the mood. I just jammed along to your neat video with a Lyra-8 and transformed it into a bleak, post apocalyptic world. The absence of people helps there.
Man... This music is so beautiful, really inspiring, probably will by the thing see what I can do with it 🙂 thanks for the music and videos. You are amazing 🙏🏽🍻
Love the jazzy seventh chords harmonies at the start, and the compositional musicianship overall. I've been enjoying the synth breakdowns as well, now even makes more sense to get synth tips form someone who can some arrange some shit!
@@marshallcooper4401 "All music written, recorded, and produced entirely on a Polyend Tracker Mini prototype". Stunning. Guess I'll be selling a few pieces to get one of these, then...
nice work! would love to see a session breakdown for that first song, i’ve never been so inspired to pick up my Tracker again. really intrigued by the chords and lead melody in particular. all of that was manually programmed in the tracker? mind blown.
I always been amazed by how powerful your guitar segments are (I know it's not called a guitar but I don't remember the exact name, though I know you said several times in your videos). They make my brain shut up completely, and just listen
Polyend has made some amazing and innovative gear, and some discount it because they cannot grasp it...One of the best purchases i made, getting the Tracker...Now we have something even more portable...
Very nice, reminded me of Koyanisqaatsi. Was that the Salton Sea toward the end? I think I recognized some of the art and the never-finished residential development.
That comment by Venus Theory was made in an obvious state of shock. That thing is like Richard Serra finally got his big chance. Everyone should make a pilgrimage there just to piss on it. Some brilliant visual ideas. I hope you had fun
Sweet track Benn! How great are trackers? I totally love the micro control you have over every note. You can never find that in any DAW except the much underrated and genius Renoise. Keep up the great work!
I'll never forgive you for how amazing those drone shots are. Let's pack our bags and do it again sometime!
I love each of you separately, but I love your creative interplay even more. Can we get a team up EP, perhaps?
You've got a point! Sick drone shots.
Ha, I did love those comments in the Q&A. BJ stitched you up.
I sure hope that you'll do it again!
Please do, I already long for a second movie

You seem to have a knack for blending evocative imagery with beautiful, meaningful music. Good things are possible, even now.
The music, the imagery, all so very inspirational. Thank you.
I live just up from the border. You’ve done a wonderful job of capturing this odd vibe.
Awesome!!! I don’t know how this doesn’t have millions of views, as a Texan this is really calming to watch, so homey but like experiencing what’s left of humanity after everyone disappeared, spectacular work!
I really love exploring that part of the country and I'm a big fan of your recorded work. Both together is pretty fantastic
The music in this really blew me away. I missed the premiere, but man...great work! 👏😎
Brilliant. Every piece of the whole carried the others along for such a beautiful and haunting story. Great work!
Wow, just wow! Also, the drone shots were superb!
The guitar bit in the end is sooo nice
You just blew my mind. Thank you for creating and sharing!!!

And those drone shots are really fantastic. Ím so happy to see them used for their initally intended purpose.
Great work! I was looking forward to this video after the previous one with the Polyend Play!
Looking forward to watch more of your works, the not common approach, love it.
This is A+ work here. The music and the fantasic imagery. Just so well done. Bravo.
Beautiful, Benn
Loved it. Reminds me about Squarepusher at his creativity peaks.
Gorgeous!
Love it! Tunes and drone work very cool. You found some good bandos, FPV pilots love that stuff to fly around.
This video feels like vacation! I'm sure it's been a lot of work to make, but it's easy to ignore with such a pleasant soundtrack going.
awesome shots. Really great footage to the music.
Beautiful! Thanks Benn!
Love the music... More of this please.
Life really is brutally beautiful. Great work. Video and music fit so well
Absolutely captivating
Yessss vibess
I love it all but holy fuck that acoustic track
That was interesting
Good video and music ,keep up the great work.
I'm just getting into Renoise. This inspired me to experiment playing my own instruments instead of the usual sample collection tracker approach
Sampling yourself playing is one of the best things ever imo
Great music, nice editing.

Thats fantastic ! Nice work
the last somg is such a beauty

This kind of music is up my alley. Nice.
love the music and the travel experience
Beautiful music!!
These videos are beautiful
All I can think with that first part is wii vibes.Very nice. 👍
Man... This music is so beautiful, really inspiring, probably will by the thing see what I can do with it 🙂 thanks for the music and videos. You are amazing 🙏🏽🍻
This is a really great track and video, thanks.
nice video and cool music
Such a beautiful video
love it!
That bit 6 mins in giving me f*cking chills Jesus
Beautiful video. Love the 3:05-3:42 music.
This is great. Nice shots too.

Lovely!
Damn he wasn't lying when he said he's obsessed with entropy
That reverb is lush.
That was my thought too. Anyone know if this is the built-in reverb, or post processing?
@@marshallcooper4401 "All music written, recorded, and produced entirely on a Polyend Tracker Mini prototype". Stunning. Guess I'll be selling a few pieces to get one of these, then...
I wanna know more about these places you got the shots from

the ronroco
Wow I really enjoyed that.
this gives me shivers! 🥰
Wonderful! ♥️
I started playing this, then I got distracted around 6 minutes in. At 7 minutes in, I thought "what awesome spotifiy song is this? !?"
Hauntingly beautiful desolation
Incredible
thanks
lovely video all around
Album. When?
Polyend has made some amazing and innovative gear, and some discount it because they cannot grasp it...One of the best purchases i made, getting the Tracker...Now we have something even more portable...
❤❤❤
Everything stops when the cop rolls by. Nice touch.
I'd say these are your best vids - documenting the decaying corners of America, to a positive soundtrack
That switch up at 1:45 wowie zowie
Dude how on earth is music like this even made!
The drone shots…❤
Very nice, reminded me of Koyanisqaatsi. Was that the Salton Sea toward the end? I think I recognized some of the art and the never-finished residential development.
Strangely nostalgic

really digging how jazzy the sound is on this
Stunning and haunting..
Well it just slaps! I need to practice more with my tracker 😮
A contemporary 'Buena Vista Social Club'.
New reverb effect sounds great on this! The og reverb was my biggest issue with the first tracker.
It's not like that has to be set in stone. It's just firmware after all.
chill beat!
that was nice
What is that guitar-like instrument at the end? Really amazing, super inspiring composition and filming, made my day. Thanks.
I love the places you got the footage from, bloody amazing! and the tunes! Where are these locations?
7:05 Spirited Away, train station vibes here.
4:41 I hope you got a good deal on that minimalist airbnb.
dope bro
I wish I could get into the tracker workflow , I have so much invested in my current workflow though haha
Sad abandoned human waste, nicely contrasted with natural untouched nature. And to end it all with the freaking wall. Argh. Great job Ben.
That was rawt purdy
This is good
Accidentally had this on 0.75, then tried it at 0.5. Half speed is best speed?
Sweet track Benn! How great are trackers? I totally love the micro control you have over every note. You can never find that in any DAW except the much underrated and genius Renoise. Keep up the great work!
Dope
Damn. Nice experience.
The guitar song around 6:10 is magical. Is that really made on the Tracker? Seems a bit too good to be true! 😮
Your answer is at the end of the video…
Great stuff! Can you elaborate on where you got the samples? Were they "found" along the trip?
Some where found, some intentionally made (like the string instruments), some were brought with on an SD card (like snares and the like).
I can't think if anything but beautiful.😂
Only a minute in but definitely getting Squarepusher vibes.
