Love the set up.
One quick question how do the photos turn out as im using my iphone and using the same lighting as you sometimes my photos seem to change a different shade and gets very frustrating especially with beige colours. I use a mannequin so might have to go flat lay soon 😊

Great question, the reason I use a dedicated point and shoot camera is because the new modern phones are so advanced with smart features and self correction sometimes it comes out strange.
If you can try a dedicated camera you may love it.

Love your videos as per. When you price items, do you knock down your prices the longer the item has been on eBay? I have so much stock that’s been on for far too long but I’ve only just started running sales. Wondered if you have a plan for this :) thanks!

Yes have a mark down strategy is key , after 90 days I start to reduce my items, I jeell ok reducing over a period of time until I end up doing an auction for 99p starting bid.

Really interesting video Simon. I like to have the item with me when listing so I can get all the details to look up comps, material etc. I'd be interested to see your listing process and how you use your photos to find comps and fill in all the item specifics. If I could do it without having the item, it would certainly speed up my processing. Also interested if you use templates for listing.

I don’t use templates anymore (I used to) I now sell similar from my own stock

I do it the same as Simon use the pictures if you take good enough pictures you don't need the item to hand
