    조청 또는 물엿 데운뒤, 엿기름 넣고 끓여서, 고추가루 메주가루, 소금 ,다 잘 섞은뒤 소주를 넣으면 곰팡이가 생기지않아 주로 아파트에 사는 이들에게는 안심 할 수 있으니 간단히 만들어 드세요, 유리병에 따로 깐 통마늘도 ,,,😅😅😅 좋은 주말되세요

      지금 고추장 만드는것을재료는
      똑 같은데 고추가루를 청국장 가루를500g 넣으면 되구요 메주가루 250g울 500 g으로하고 소주 1병 매실청1병을
      넣어 섞어주세요
      저는 미국에 사는데 된장 담글때
      아몬드 가루를 넣는데 이것은 기호에요
      만약 넣는다면 반죽이 되질수 있어요
      소주로 조절 해 주세요 저는 계세마리
      젓갈이 있는데 소금 적게넣고 젓갈 1병을 넣었어요 만약 한국에 맑은 멸치 액젓이 있으면넣어 보셔요
      까나리 젓갈은
      절대 넣으면 안되요...
      맛있게 만들어 드셔요
      저는 이렇게 담가 그날부터 먹어요
      Ps: 청국장 가루가 들어가서 바실러스균이 들어 있어요 된장 다 끓여갈때쯤
      넣고 한소큼 끓여야 균을 다 먹을수
      있답니다

    희경쌤 생마늘을 그냥 넣고 만들어도 괜찮나요? 임성근요리사는 끓여서 하던데요 무슨차이 일까요? 궁굼합니다

      생마늘이 숙성되면서 마늘 진액이 고추장하고 섞여요. 조금 더 꾸덕한 고추장이 만들어집니다 ^^
