Everyone should get checked for Sleep Apnea it is believed to be a cause of Alzheimer's with lots of research happening in that area now. Men and women both have sleep apnea which is often associated with loud and repeated snoring.

When we go to Cody’s, which we love, we never make it to dessert. After watching this video we decided we needed to go for the carrot cake. So we split a Caesar salad then ordered the carrot cake. Very dense, moist, yummy cake. Took 2/3 of it home. It is huge and we probably got 6 total servings out of it. The waitress then told us about their huge chocolate cake. We will work out for a month then go try that. 😂

I love Cody's and the BBQ chicken early bird special is what I usually order. It's a lot of food for 11.99. The last time I was there a dude across from me finished an entire piece of that cake with a little help from his wife.
We will be going in a couple of weeks to celebrate what would of been my mom's 65th birthday. We lost her 6 months ago to Alzheimer's.
