Press and hold to turn on, left select button toggles between hands and thumb. Right button selects the heat number, press, press, press toggles thru the heat power level. Shows on top red lights...or do you mean for installing? If you have the quad zone, it's a little different than the dual zone. Good Luck.
5 years is excellent for anything manufactured these days LOL! Wonder how long mine will last, hopefully just as long if not longer. What model are you going with now? Thanks Man!
For now I'm just putting wool liners in my arctic gloves I'm old school Spent 18 years in interior Alaska. Been looking at electric gloves or mittens. If you got any experience with them let me know the preferred brand.
Help educate me. lol .. I've had the hand/thumb warmer since day one on my bike. Thing is I've never turned on the thumb warmer because I've always found that the hand warmer was enough to warm up my thumb.. Must be an extreme cold weather thingy ??
I need the thumb warmer turned on. The grips don't keep my thumb warm enough, some days I wish the warmers turned up high enough to burn you skin off LOL! Depends on how cold it gets where you are I guess. Not extremely cold here but -5c, about 23f is almost too cold for me, wish it was warmer here. I don't wear big mitts. Thanks Todd!
I had ordered and paid for Can Am heaters when I bought the atv...2 months later they still weren't here, so I canceled my order and did it myself. Thanks Vance!
I love the bolt on style. Nowadays, it's easier to replace either with a new one or change over for summertime.. Dewalt makes battery operated heat gun just saying.
LOL! I'd love to have a heat gun burning my skin off...my hands get really cold quickly. Comes from years of skiing and freezing my fingers. Thanks Marc!
Why didn't you get the can am branded ones that plug into the harness? Just curious. I've used quite a few different heated grip brands. Them heatdemons are great for sure.
I ordered them when I ordered the atv, 2 months later after I got the atv they still weren't in. Was getting cold by then and they said it would be another month or so LOL! So I canceled the order and went with these. Thanks Broknex!
They work great !! They get Hot !! I wish mine came with instructions !!

Put them on the Foreman five years ago. They just conked out this winter.

No experience with heated gloves, thought about trying them also.
Expensive to get into. You get a good pair of heated gloves and a few batteries and your almost double the price of heated grips.
Not cold enough here for those, dont even need a heater in the pickup. But, if they extend your riding season, sounds like a good deal.
I use them in the rain also when my gloves get wet, somewhat dries them out so my hands don't get cold. Thanks Fred!
@@RobFarrowATV That work here, dry hands are happy hands.
Yes they are!

I hate wiring things up so i have always made it condition of sale that I buy the part and they install it for free !!

Put those same units on my Kodiak 700 a couple years ago. They were recommended by Cubbeee and crew. They work great.
Thanks Man! I think that's where I got the idea also. Had them on my '08 Brute 650 years ago.
