    These are a must. Easy to install and provides a piece of mind that you or someone else doesn't mess up the underside of the vehicle.

    Excellent video the most comprehensive out there, even better than the one that ZL1 Add ons put out, where they only show you the rear install. Unfortunately not all the pinch welds in the safe jack point areas fully seat into the jack pad groove (not sure if they will slide or if the surface on the sides of the pinch welds is strong enough under load) the rear seem more shallow than the fronts. I spent hours under the car yesterday getting these on (also added some blue Loctite not sure if it will help keep the in place without having to retighten them) not as much room working with the front on 6" high ramps only. One of those wish I had a lift days. Excellent presentation and commentary, so true regarding the dealership and other service garages just not knowing or caring, thinking the owner will never know anyway if they do damage tour undercarriage/pinch welds 👍🏽

    I hear ya. I’ve seen a 2018 in that color. Always catches my attention. Good on ya with the ZL1, I’d trade in old blue in a heartbeat for one. It’s gonna a C7 Z06 or the C8 for me next time.

      B702K I would have got a Z06 But the wife said it had to have a backseat

    That’s a nice touch. You’ve moved on a couple times, I’m still rocking the Lightning Blue lol. Nice video.

      B702K I miss that color most of all. If I could’ve found the lightning blue like color in the ZL1 to buy I would have bought it. Just hard to even find one around to test drive

    do you think they might come lose over time and fall off

      Roger Kremer I doubt it as long as you get them tight when you install them. If you are worried about it you can check them after a few months to see.

    Why nobody has compare the difference between a $36. And a $58 or $90 camaro jack pad or lifting pad ( aluminum )

    Nice good investment. Are you going to do any exhaust upgrades

    • @KnightsGarage
      @KnightsGarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, worth having for sure. Yes, I am planing on doing exhaust upgrades but I am kinda struggling on what I want. I do not want it to be loud as hell but I would like it louder, and I would like to keep the dual mode exhaust functionality also. May do ported supercharger before I do exhaust though.. idk..

      @@KnightsGarage I would have to use a 6.2 hellcat block with ported 6.4 heads so I wanna be a 376(6.2L) NA charger RT I think it's possible or very close to it

    Can you use jack stands on those?

    • @KnightsGarage
      @KnightsGarage  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. But you have to jack on the frame on the front near where the lower A arm connects and the rear end with rubber pad between jack and rear end on the rear. Then place jacks stands on the lift points. That’s how I did it anyway and it worked out great several times.

    Can you drive around with these babies or do you remove them after you jack up the car ?

    • @KnightsGarage
      @KnightsGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are meant to stay on the car. I’ve been driving for months with mine on my explore with no issues and I’ve driven around with them on Mustangs dodge chargers and Camaro ZL1 for months with no issues.

    I have a 2018 camaro convertible ss and it says on the website “these are not for convertible camaro” where can i find the ones for the convertible please?

    • @KnightsGarage
      @KnightsGarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know what you are looking at but if you go to their site, choose your car the lift pads for the 2016 - 2020 camaro says it fits all models. You just have to choose convertible because coupe is automatically selected. The convertible ones are a little different. If you use the link i have in the video description next to "these lift pads" it should get you to them just have to select conv..
