Yeah it was. The main menu is just fire? 2k14 has a better main menu than that. That's probably one of the worst things about this game. Everything else was alright

I have really good memories of playing 2k22, but I think if I were to go back to it now I’d be a bit disappointed because of all the new features 2k24 has introduced that I’m so used to now

@@TheWrestlingMovement still remember the rock 98, triple h 98, and that one john cena that has his hidden thugonamics crowd signs. still glad whatsthestatus still does the same with 2k23, and 24.
@@leocorner When we download the hidden models from whatthestatus, such as The Rock 98, is it use the new slot or it use as alternate version of The Rock ?
@@mohd5405 i think it uses a new slot. tho if you set the hidden models or wrestlers to alt attire, everything would be set to default except the hidden model.

We took Smackdown vs Raw games for granted😭 those games had so much to do in them and had so much customization to them. Now we get half assed versions of those old game modes.

i just got this game for ps4 for like $15 and honestly been having fun with it, will have to get 23 i was disappointed to see the servers were down though

Playing this on Xbox at my uncles house and the graphics aren't that good compared to 2k24

The reason why some arenas can’t allow you to go backstage because some of them don’t allow you to which is kind of stupid. How can I access backstage for Nitro, but not SmackDown 2002? 😭

I disagree tbh,they cut tooo much cool features,such as like different grapple(facelock,arm lock,from behind),stun grapples(you don’t need grapple twice)table stack,tired finishers,some omg moments,apron grapple(we can’t do Undertaker leg drop or Big E splash anymore),most importantly weapon grapples,running environmental attacks,car finishers and chain wrestling oh and finishers from ladder or top rope dive into tables
So 2K20 is overhated

Let me tell you something... WWE2K24 was my last WWE game since.... WWE2K20... their is a reason for that I preodered WWE2K20 it will forever be the last game I ever preorder again, I didn't buy WWE2K24 until last week. From everything I have experience so far it is stable and plays well, I can’t imagine taking a chance on buying WWE2K22 on release day just because WWE2K20 was so bad, no matter how much they claimed it was better even after WWE2K23 was released I wasn't going to buy another game from 2K 😂, It wasn't until this year that I thought it would be ok to test the waters again, WWE has finally pushed Vince McMahon out Triple H is running the company creativity Cody is the champion and WWE is more entertaining than its been in literally decades. So I'm trying WWE2K24 out and so far it's great, the point is Who would be crazy enough to buy WWE2K22 that game was the first real WWE game 2K made after the disaster of WWE2K20.... it's madness...
Well some people really liked WWE 2K22 (especially me), but when I looked back at the game, I just didn't feel the same excitement for the game like I once did when it first released.
You guys are really overrating this new era of WWE. It's not that great. It's good but not excellent.
I just got 2k24 yesterday its been do fun! Untill then i wad still playing 22 because i skiped 23.
i still actually play this because i havent bought any wwe game after 22... im glad i made sure to download all the custom characters i wanted before the server shut down... i dont even feel the need to upgrade yet even after 2 years

It is possible you can cover SVR 2011 for ps2 the last Wwe game for the system
I don't have a PS2 unfortunately.
Unfortunately they have dropped this game from the server so for me it become an unplayable game i brought it digitally and can no longer access anything, sadly these games that come out every year only are good for 12-16 months before they drop the next year game and its a matter of time before they drop that server again, it a big issue with the games that are yearly games like WWE 2K, NBA 2K, Madden, etc.

How was universe mode for 2k22??
Honestly, it was pretty much the same as 2K20's Universe mode. And the superstar mode that got introduced in this game was not pretty good. But thankfully, they expanded on it in 2K23 and 2K24.
WrestleMania 36 should've been in WWE 2K22 SmackDown Thunderdom 2020 and Raw Thunderdom 2020 was in 2k22 but WM 36 wasn't in the game and that was a 2020 WrestleMania main event year and for some reason they didn't put it in the video game i would've been nice to have WM 36 and WM 37 in WWE 2k22 at the same time
At least Wrestlemania 36 got added in WWE 2K24.

WWE 2K22 was a pretty decent game for 2022. Although the MyRise mode didn't have a ending.

The thing with 2K20 is if you buy the deluxe edition then it's quite amazing but just the standard edition will make you hate the game but I really hate 2k18 worst 2k game I ever bought no showcase carry system doesn't really help vs cpu

@@TheWrestlingMovement your opponent can’t be dizzy and then try it with you in the entrance and them just right behind you, or (I don’t know if this is in 22 but it is in 23 and 24) drag them then press the backstage button

Guessing reversals between square, circle and X after a grab is the best thing Devs did; so we don't have to deal with that idiotic, coward and cheap strategy of depleting the opponent's reversal meter or have to deal with infinite one button reversals
