Patrick, I have been playing the Mario Party Superstars during my free time. Just listened to the Acappella cover of the Mario Party series a few times. Fantastic work!!
You even did the handheld ones, that was a surprise! If you want to stick with the Mario Party theme, some of the boards have some good background music that would make for good acapellas (like Megafruit Paradise from Super Mario Party), and even the minigames have some good ones too. Keep up the good work!
I let someone borrow my copy of Mario Party 4 and it disappeared forever, unfortunately. I remember having a lot of fun with it for the short time that I actually had it. 😕
I think the composers went extra hard because they knew you’d be hearing these themes over and over and over and over, like 20+ times a game, so they had to make them immediately fun and interesting
I haven’t played all of them, so some of these themes were totally new to me when I started this. They used to put out Mario Party games practically once a year! Thanks, Linus 😄

Hey! Thanks for all the nice comments, I really appreciate them! I've been making videos regularly again since 2020 (you may notice I've made a few videos from back in the early 2010s, but they're...not good). However, I've been making a cappella multitracks for like 9+ years off-channel; whenever I arrange for a group, I make learning tracks/a mockup, so I've gotten a fair amount of practice at recording these types of sounds. These videos are now my main hobby and I've been working hard to improve my sound! :-)
You know, I finished recording all of these instructions themes and I thought about continuing on with all of the victory fanfares, but...that would have taken so long, and I just wanted to get the video out. I'll consider doing it someday though, because I clearly like doing Victory Fanfares (see my Melee video)
