    My problem with these smart apps is that someone is going to find one of these sets in a loft if 25 years time and the model will be unable to move as the app will no longer be available. It should have options for traditional remote control too.

    If you call the movements of the arm (bucket, stick, boom) "in" and "out" it is easier to memorize because it makes sense in that way.
    Boom out: pushing forward makes it more and more (forward) out
    Stick out: pushing forward makes it more and more (forward) out
    Bucket out: pushing out makes it more and more out

    I can get the bottom one to connect to mine, but the top one never connects. I've tried resetting, taking out batteries, resetting app.

    Is it supposed to click a lot of times in positions when calibrating?

    • @samuelcotter4120
      @samuelcotter4120 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, its trying to make itself as tight as possible, then remembers that position. The clicking is it becoming so tight

    Can you use the hubs to build a custom model and control your custom model with it? Or can you only use them to build the Liebherr?

      I can use the motors with the powered up app for own creations

    • @derrickaumiller5120
      @derrickaumiller5120 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      you can but you will need to use a third party app, as the lego app is specific to the models it comes with

      If you have the Liebherr set, then that means that you will have enough hubs and motors to make the rally car and the buggy! and so much more

    • @CoolStuffOrigami
      @CoolStuffOrigami 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      And also use the official lego app with the 2 sets

    How do you easily close the app after use? I finished the Liebherr today and found no easy way to close the app after use.

    This is not as review. You just list the functions and features but don’t offer an opinion
