I missed it altogether. What a great looking game! And its full-price is half-price. I think they forgot to advertise it? I have to buy this just on principle. Looks like a blast of fresh air! Or at least one of those cheeky farts my little cousin does as he runs past me when he gets up from the dinner table to go to the toilet. (He finally shat himself doing it and since then I can’t possibly get angry at him. I’ll never forget that beautiful day; PTTHHH-TT “ooh!”)
what is most surprising, this game was made by only 4 people, lol, and there are a lot of details in the game, which are worth only hidden skins that can be obtained in races from bosses, if you leave the track in a certain place, it’s definitely a great game that entertains like follows, without any microtransactions
Yeah the publisher didn't give me an exact staff number for some reason but it sounds like a small team. Really impressive. I didn't know about the hidden skins, I'll check that out!

After the great Wreckfest Switch port, I'm really hoping this one will be equally good or better. Wreckfest is one of the few games I just keep playing without any other goal than just having some fun. I'm not even a racing fan, let alone car enthousiast.

I didnt get to grow up with Console Gaming, or any of the Flat Out games, so this one scratches and itch I have always had. The itch to destroy cars and environments and have a blast. Great review.

Was looking for Flat Out not 2 long agoo, but didnt remember the name... As said, "its nice 2 see a game that reminds of sampler times, when games was ALL abt having fun". I remember soo well getting a PS1 and rening games. NFS the original, now that's good memories
The days of game renting, that takes me back! And the early NFS games were great. Fond memories. I can go back even further to a time when 2D graphics were acceptable and yet you still played the good games to death. Gameplay is everything.

I remember the werry first game i playd on console, it was Kongfu Master on Commodore 64 and later i got OutRun or Turbo OutRun... in those times it was normal 4 all shopping centers 2 have Arcade games, my dad worked as security and after they closed, he took the keys for the Outrun machine so i could play as much as i wanted 🤩 A nice trip down memory lane 😄

Soooo it was fun. Until the dartboard. Cannot figure out how I'm supposed to make the guy hit the dartboard. There is zero guidance from the game on how to make that work. Repeating the same failure 47 times is not my idea of fun, in fact it's insulting...
It's a bit of a dark art. Aim for around 110-130 speed and don't press forward too much. That should at least get you hitting the board. Trial and error. I think pressing B can launch your forward a bit if necessary.

Best to never put Need for Speed with games like Destruction Derby, Flatout, Burnout at all since the NfS franchise is a different racing game . This game Trail Out has been made way too fast whitout intelligence . It has potential yes but it is still in it's Beta form as game . Sadly the game falls more for the younger audience than those who are real hardcore gamers and racing gamers since the game has too many "memes" because that stupid story no one cares about ( kinda why Carmageddon is a way better game the first and second one ) . This game tends too much to be the successor of Flatout 2 but isn't and falls more to be the successor of Flatout 4 but worse . This game has way too many bugs as the controls should be remade and not use binding keys for a racing game . As for the physics it's horrible . Even Wreckfest which is from the guys who has made Flatout 1&2 it has bugs and is slow paced compared to what was once Flatout 1 and 2 . I don't know why todays video games are so bad and has no more quality and the passion that was once there during 1995-2005 ? It's time that people stops to think about the money first and also stops to think they will be the new John Carmack or Gabe Newell or whoever ....best be yourself make a game you think might have a certain success later on , not everything needs to be a triple A game with billions behind which is nonsense .

Yeah I just like smashing into them because to me they are the left-wing and I like to destroy them! Ok enough My political views,, the game is good. The controllers are difficult I restarted a bunch of races like 10 times especially when you get the cars that you can’t pick they handle like anchors! But because of game is so damn fun it’s a little frustrating but definitely worth the purchase. It is like burn out., wreck fest , and if you remember destruction, derby 2 , that’s kind of how a car bounces around! Way better than destruction derby 2 ! ! The ragdoll thing is just the greatest and missed that haven’t seen it in a game in a very long time! ! I like developers who do not take things too seriously. The game has been updated a lot since too, highly recommended for some silly racing fun.
