When I was 13 I had the fortune to see B.B. King and Ray Charles at the Circle Star Theatre in Redwood City Ca in 1976. It changed my life. Later in my 40s I was able to see Mr. King a couple more times. That's how I feel in love with the blues. So when Stevie Ray came along it felt like he was mine. My generations blues legend. But I'll never forget B.B.s. royal blue tux with a blood red shirt. Good times🎸🎸🎸

I am sure that BB King is in his 80’s at this concert and can still sing so good Blues is by far my favorite music I went to a party when I was a junior in high school and someone put a Muddy Waters album on and I have been hooked like a fish ever since BB is one of the best blues artists ever and if it wasn’t for him and Albert King,Albert Collins Muddy Waters We wouldn’t have Rockin Roll They say that Muddy Waters is the father of the blues and I agree with that statement 100 percent Muddy Waters is my favorite artist from the old school blues When he added Jonny Winter to his band Man what a combination of instrumental and vocal There is no other music like the blues

You won't be disappointed and you'll be introduced to another amazing guitar player and singer Doyle Bramhall ll. Love your enthusiasm I tripped out on these artists myself the first time.

The blues is by far my favorite music Because there’s no color in the blues Everyone is welcome because the blues is for everyone I love BB King,Albert King,Albert Collins, and the King of the blues Muddy Waters Everyone that plays the blues has covered most all Muddy Waters music Eric Clapton and Paul Rogers make a tribute album to Muddy Waters and they are both great But no one could do it like Muddy Waters and I can’t leave out the Legend SRV in my opinion saved the blues from dying out Because not to many radio stations played blues music until SRV got popular And SRV had nothing but love in his heart for everyone I miss him so much RIP TO ALL THE LEGENDS OF THE BLUES I got turned on to the blues in 1984 when I was 14 years old at a party and Someone put on a Muddy Waters album and the rest is history because I have been hooked like a fish ever since

Susan opened for BB King in her 20's if you notice his autograph is on her guitar. I find it especially endearing when she is singing to BB personally subbing in BB for baby in lyrics.
