I am a lifelong Santana fan and guitar player for now about 60 years and yet this is the one amazing guitar sound to which I struggle to get close. I play four songs from that brilliant Abraxus album but without the tonal success you have achieved on 'Samba'. Your skillful, empathetic playing and 'cracking' of that unique tone makes this a truly brilliant rendition. I have even read Santana's own comments on obtaining this unique sound via his 'modded' Fender Twin Reverb, SG and open Waa-Waa pedal. I am not sure that, for me, his current PRS guitar sound and execution recapture the same beautiful feel of Abraxus. I was a little disappointed when I saw him in concert in London a few years ago that he did not play anything from the career changing Abraxus album - he's still great player though. Would you be kind enough to share any of your Guitar Rig settings for this 'Samba' sound and how you cracked his incredible and unique tone. Great job - thanks for sharing a very well done thumbs up👌👍
