    I'm recovering from covid double pneumonia & this is very helpful. I cough cough cough when trying to breathe, but I will keep doing this. I know that every day is better than the day before. My pulmonologist says it will take months to recover, so I will do these exercises for months if I have to to fully recover. Thank you for posting!

      @@toocoolbuddha I'm not on any medication any longer. I received the covid monoclonal antibodies infusion (bamlanivimab) & it was a game changer in my recovery. I honestly felt like I was going to die before that. Covid is the worst thing I've ever lived through! If you are sick with covid reading this, make sure that you are not laying down constantly. Research & do proning, deep breathing - even if you cough - and treat your symptoms with Tylenol, over the counter medications. It's so important that you drink crazy amounts of water so as not to get dehydrated. With covid you need much more water than normal. You will survive this!

      @@ashutoshmishra8494 I have damage to both lungs and also my heart. I'm under the care of a pulmonologist & a cardiologist. I'm out of breath with every little thing & it is very frustrating. Docs say that it'll take months to fully heal. I don't let it get me down. I still live my life & do all of my working, mothering, having fun - just no pushing myself in the gym. Vacuuming in my house feels like I've just run a 100 yard dash!

    I was covid positive and was discharged from hospital today. But I still have phlegm. This video is really helpful. Helped me to cough up the excess phlegm that was inside my lungs. If excess phlegm is not coughed up then it can cause fibrosis.

      for how many days u have to be on hospital

    • @wasika12
      @wasika12 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's varies.. In my hospital patients are discharged after they are tested Negative for covid and have no major symptoms . Also in some hospitals patients are discharged after 10/14 days if their major symptoms are relieved. Because after 10 days they are no longer considered infectious. So they can be treated at home if they don't have any major symptoms.

    I’m not sure if I ever got COVID but I had shortness of breath and things like walking down the stairs would feel like I ran 1000 miles leaving me out of breath and unable to breath I was like this for months and there would be a week where I felt like everything was ok and 2 days later I would have it again I had it for over 3 months and I’m just now coming out of it. I hope I get better because I wanna do things like run and I can’t without feeling like I’m dying! I had to get an inhaler and that helped me breath a little bit but it was difficult doing anything! It was so scary. I never went to the doctor so I hope I’m fine 🙂
