I cannot explain with words how much I appreciate his contribution to the OCD community. Read his book and I’m trying to accept uncertainty every day 💪
Hey man, what a pleasant podcast! after about 17-18 years of OCD, i found Dr. Graysons book online, ordered it here in India, and it was the best discovery ever on this disease and problem. It was so good to see the man himself, speaking in such a strong and yet comforting way to help with this malady. The host man, thanks for your kind approach as an interviewer. A very good listener you were:) Warm regards to you and Dr.Grayson from Malout, North India
I hope you have gotten some support. I'm dealing with a major life changing crisis, and it makes it so hard to handle my OCD thoughts because the rare, scary things seem so much more likely to happen right now.
Mr Grayson tells the story about Britney at the end and it made me cry. And the interviewer only says OKEY? Is he only thinking about his own questins and not actually being present in the conversaiton?

One of the very few people who talks with so much understanding 😊 I hope more therapists get this kind of understanding. Listening to him is GOLD

Learning about ERP saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Grayson.
Amazing interview! I've learned so much. Now I have some good OCD resources that I can further read and listen to. Many thanks!
Well thought out questions. Thank you for this.
I feel even worse after watching this despite desperately wanting to feel better.
Maybe it's the wine talking, but this guy is brilliant.
This was really interesting.
Amazing podcast!
Very good, thank you

It was a very touching story. ❤
I cried too. But why do other people have to do the same? Let them cry whenever they want.
