Hi Raghul, with the help of sync rules you can map the flow of attributes, but you can't change the attributes of an account. I hope this answers your query.

Hi, which attribute you are referring to? The user will be delete from M365 when local AD user is moved to non syncing OU. even if u make any changes in attributes that prevent user to sync, this will delete user from M365.
