    I’ve meditated before. However today I decided to do something different, I put a chair in the middle of my room, made it pitch black and sat. While listening to this I felt an extremely pleasant feeling as if my soul wanted to leave my body and I was just floating, existing. Amazing work thank you!

      Try again with only background music. You will be able to go deeper when you let go of your aids. Try without anything at all too :)

      Do you listen with headphones or anything to cancel any other sounds from outside? Its my first time trying to meditate now 😅

    i love every meditation this page has to offer and it has helped my spiritual journey expand. i am so thankful for this channel. i started by doing 5 minute meditations, then 10, and i’m grateful to be doing 20 minute meditations now. i feel as if i am going deeper and deeper with each practice. thank you!

    ive never been the kind of person to really feel anything out of meditations, guided or not. but this one was absolutely amazing. i cant even put it into words. i have ADHD and my thoughts are constantly all over the place and its like im having 5 conversations in my head all at once about every single twitch or itch while im trying to focus on the meditation. it's extremely distracting, especially during the long pauses. but i think the pauses genuinely helped. i used your voice as an anchor for my thoughts and whenever you started talking i would redirect my focus to your voice and my breathing. when it was quiet i trained myself to label my thoughts and feelings as thoughts and feelings and let them go. soon enough i was able to get from 5 thoughts to 3 to 2 to 1 and that was the most peace ive felt in a while. it felt like time had slowed and then at one point it also sped up but for the most part it slowed. these 20 minutes felt like 40 and maybe even an hour. my brain was getting really impatient because i couldnt tell when it was going to end but i decided to push through my impatience and keep going and im SO glad that i did. i had noticed that i lost feeling of my hands. i had forgotten if i positioned them on my hips or on the bed and i couldnt tell where they were. and then it spread through the rest of my body and it felt like i was floating and spinning through space and i felt this pressure in the front of my head and god it was so so so amazing. when i came out of the meditation it felt like my body was in this like state of hibernation almost and when i went to lift my arms it felt like there were bricks stacked on top of them. this was so relaxing i cant even begin to thank you for this 😭
    will definitely be using this meditation forever❤️❤️❤️

      That’s real life the whole breakdown of meditating! When I first started, I was the same way. I still have moments, but the same exact thing happens, for me. It’ll dwindle down to where all I’m hearing, is the voice, and focused on my breaths. And then it seems like better, and new thoughts come into my mind, and I feel a wave of energy, and down my body, and in my stomach! It’s the most relaxing, and refreshing felling ever! I guess the whole goal, is to ALWAYS feel like that, when I’m conscious, the way I am unconscious. And that’s the exact way my body feels too! It feels like my spirit is traveling back into my body, when I open my eyes. It feels as if I came from somewhere else!

      This will be my first ever meditation experience, i just came to read the comments first after the disclaimer. I also have ADHD and the thoughts keep running through my head, which keeps me from falling asleep ( it can take like 2-6 hours before finally falling asleep sometimes.. ) but this comment really made me look forward to it! ❤ i hope i finally found somewhat of a sollution to this all and have a nice cooling down after a full day of triggers.. bless you ❤

      @@frietjedemeeuw9591 Hey there! I just came by to tell you to also check out The Gateway Experience, Wave 1, from The Monroe Institute. I'm not sure if the TH-cam one works as well as the downloaded version but Wave 1 *REALLY* helped me get things under control. If I hadn't done Wave 1 I dont know if this meditation would have worked for me. (ADHD, hypervigilance, anxiety, probably more).

      Why can't I concentrate? I think you need to talk more so my mind doesn't wander. That would be so much more helpful for me.

    I’m just finishing and it’s my 3rd time and When I middle of the meditated my tears started 😢 then I feel so relaxed. It’s so amazing❤

    I’m so happy to have discovered your meditations. This particular one was very difficult for me. I finally realized towards the end the being present with myself was very uncomfortable. I am not happy with myself right now. Lots of changes in my life and my physical health is one of those changes. I will definitely be coming back to this again in the future. Thank you.

    Im only just getting into meditating and decided to try this longer one today in a bath with only the candles on/no lights and it was lovely. Very difficult for me to stay focused with little practise, but i feel relaxed nonetheless, so thank you🖤🔮
