Missed seeing this live, but oh well that means I can throw my two cents here to boost engagement: Unless they ABSOLUTELY NAIL the combat (pacing and power fantasy), it's just going to be a mid "we made a shooter to make a shooter" franchise-insert. If they make it too slow, its going to be closer to a moba like smite. If they make the characters hit like a wet paper towel, nothing will feel like it has an effect on the game. Likewise if you hit the opposite of both, you get third person hero-shooter CoD with magic. On the destructible environments bit: unless it actually effects gameplay (doesn't have to be to the extent of The Finals, but that's kind of the bar atm) it's just marketing. Also the proposed 70 gb for the beta is REALLY lame considering the stylization would allow it to take up way less. I don't want to keep comparing things to The Finals, but that's a *23 gb* game with a much higher level of detail. Instead, take a look at the stylization of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk that lets it take up a grand total of 2 gb of storage for a pretty large 3D world, while also letting it run at 1080p60 on a *Nintendo Switch*. **I want to be optimistic**, but from what I'm seeing with the trailer gameplay, marketing buzzwords, and storage requirement, I really can't find the hype. And with what (possibly former) devs have been saying, its really not looking good for it.
