HI, I have a problem in my infinix zerobook i5 13th gen varient. I bought it recently. My touchpad cursor is not working properly after 1.5 or 2 hours. I have try everything available online like driver update, software and blah blah. I can say this is touchpad problem because when my touchpad is not working properly and lagging, I connected mouse and that was going smoothly. I dont know how can I solve this problem. Is there anyone is facing the same problem. Can you please help me?
2 things you can check 1. set touchpad sensitivity to Maximum. 2. Check for Any updates under windows update.. 3. after all that problem still exist contact service center or replace laptop
Don't take. Intel i9 and i7 13th and 14th Gen processors have a LOT of manufacturing issues. 13 and 14 Gen ok for i5 and i3, but i7 and i9 have huge instability issue.

I experienced same issue... It is because while 1st slot is m.2 nvme4th gen ssd whereas 2nd SSD slot supports m.2 SATA3 SSD version only
So have you successfully using both ssd ... And what ssd product you use... Or detail solution

Bought in Jan, it is still working XD , Even played rdr2 on low settings , it never lagged once 😂, there is no performance issue that i can say, never tried ssd slot though , its 1 tb , dont need more XD
