Now touchpad working fine, however there are no settings for touchpad in Settings>Devices Important - additional SSD slot does NOT work. I changed the position of existing SSD and put it in the extra slot. It did not recognise SSD. Tried to install a new SSD in extra slot, it did not recognise it either. Carlcare service is NOT good

I got this laptop in sale and the 2nd SSD slot is not working and it also doesn't have the holding screw at the end. Tried with the original primary SSD in slot 2 and it didn't work. Looks like in your laptop also the screw for the 2nd slot was missing. Can you confirm if there's any way to make it work? Also after few minutes of usage, the trackpad works wierd. It becomes unresponsive and very laggy. A restart fixed it for few minutes and the loop continues. Would like a fix for that as well 🙏

using it ..got for 56K .. works fine and i am satisfied. Got a 65w GAN charger for around 2k for type C chargig
I have mi charger of 67 watts from poco f4 and works well. Not for gaming though.
