      nerdy proffesor7 if you have created the directory, add “cd ” (without quotes) to the beginning of the command.

      I currently can't find a solution to restore stock firmware easily, but you can try following the steps in this forum: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358738

      This video is NOT a tutorial for a separate model. Please rather search for your device in the XDA forum.

    Lot of guns , but not too practical. 1st, the AICP ROM would not all me to use multiple-languages on the keyboards; I could not use Google Play store's App. Becauce my current Android OS 5.0 would not allowed me to download/ update newer version of Apps, so I tried out this AICP ROM, but I could not keep the original Apps on my phone. Then I tried to installed without wipe the system on the TWRP, then I would keep these Apps but no keyboard (can not do the typing) be available on the system.😒

      Why don’t you have Play Store? Did you install Gapps properly? Also you need Gboard to have keyboard in multiple languages.

      @@ShippoHsu I not sure what happened, I tried the stock version, nano, Pico versions of Zip files for the Open Gapps; they all end up unsuccessful with the error codde 64.(I installed from the TWRP, not side load from computer-my Windows10 is 20H2 version)

      @@seabee668 did you make sure to install the correct version: ARM/8.1/NANO?

      @@ShippoHsuThank you for your help. I got it work this time, I had the ARM64/ Stock, Nano, Pico they all end up withe the error code 64; they were able transfer my old/ entire apps to the new ACIP system, but the phone worn't work or the no keyboard.
      This time I wipe the data too in the TWRP and install the ARM/ nano, It did not transfer any of my App to the new system. However it got the Google and the Playstore, and I would able download all the APPs I need from the Playstore.
      Someway, somehow the Bank of America App (this require IOS 10 or higher) is too sensitivity with security, it just won't open at all, and the Amazon Flex App (this require Android 6 or newer) I could not find (unknown sources) in the setting/ security/ to turn on the unknown Sources, the setting is not quite the same as the HTC, and the Samsung.
      Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

      A couple methods you should try.
      1. Download the latest adb driver from Google, then excited adb from that directory. Please make sure that you type adb kill-server then adb start-server before you do anything.
      2. Make sure the cable that is connected from the PC to your phone is stable, not wiggly or disconnecting in any time.
      Make sure you turn on USB Debugging in the developer settings.

      One more thing:
      Your USB method should be Charging, not other stuff.

    do u need root

    • @ShippoHsu
      @ShippoHsu  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      nerdy proffesor7 no you don’t need root, it’s just the process of unlocking bootloader and flashing the recovery, finally installing the ROM.

    • @ShippoHsu
      @ShippoHsu  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Although when I tried to flash it with root, I can’t get it to root properly.
