In 2015 I bought one cause it looked so cool. First legit flagship. Still it and the Xperia Z1 COmpact are the most excited ive gotten from a phone. I love my iPhone but not near as exciting as those days were. 2015 was great.
I had the Butterfly s, which was basically like the M7 with a larger battery and no image stabilization. The battery life was amazing and I even returned to using it for a bit when my Xperia Z5 was being repaired. Where it struggled was lag after prolonged usage, the headphone jack was not durable and the touch screen had some weird sensitivity issues. I had a bit of the purple tint on the camera but not as bad as some other users, but when I did get it repaired, they forgot to calibrate it and my white balance just looked green/orange like it was cloudy. Blinkfeed was cool but Android (especially Samsung) fanboys hated it as bloatware and it wasn't until later that they made it removable.
That was *_One_* of my dream phones. But I, I never really like HTC Sense. Also I was more of a specs guy and I didn't care about cameras. So, I went with Samsung phones. But, man, I really loved the looks of the M7.
This phone was way ahead of its time
Very true!
Still got mine.
Looks like new.
I had the ONE SV.
