Actually the most accurate way of calculating the value of Qatar Airways Avios is to compare to the cash price of Avios purchase, currently they are running offer of 40% bonus which ends up Avios costing 2.5 cents, hence you are redeeming 2 MR for 2.5 cents. Still a good deal but not as 3 cents per MR as mentioned above.

Im 19 and only just starting to realise how the rich stay rich my plan is it make $1000+ a week after tax save 60% and use about $400 a week to spend. If im renting a property does this count towards spending on a credit card? And should I just save and buy gift cards for shops or should I go to the farmers market and with that if I got cash out of a credit card does that count as spending? Sorry if it’s a lot but I’m just lost😅
You likely won't be able to pay for your rent with a credit card. And also cash advances with a credit card does not count towards spending, best to just use it normally at shops or use it to buy gift cards.
