I really enjoy Chris Smithers. I saw him in 2007 when he visited Virginia, first in Charlottesville, then in Fairfax in Northern Virginia. The story behind this version, is Chris and his band mate, on a road trip, with the other guy exciting about how Visions of Johanna would sound in 3/4 waltz time. Chris got excited too, at how it played out, with hardly any need for adjustments. This is my favorite version, even besting Dylan's. Hahahaha.
Awesome! Chris does this song so well.
Then again, Chris does everything well.
One of the greatest covers of one of the greatest songs ever, thanks
