Thanks guys for this. This was a game changer for me. I went through so many poor interviews and finally I was able to do my interview today way better compare to all the previous ones. I was very confident I was expecting, and I was ready to answer all the questions, and the closing question came through pretty good it really helped me understand the interview process and I got a "constructive positive feedback for the next steps with the hiring manager".
this is extreamly helpful i have a sdr interview at stripe tomorrow! this is really helping me prep I'm using the video like a mock interview pausing the giving my own answers
Wrote about 12 pages of takeaways. Super high value and beneficial content that also sells me on the probable high value within the paid course. Great stuff guys!
@@techsales-higherlevels There's an initial aptitude test, which leads into a 3 stage interview. Pretty standard 3 stage behavioral interview, the tricky part being a mock call in the second round. Definitely being open to feedback in that mock call and having a coachable attitude felt like it pushed me to that final stage!
Man! This is gold for me! Thank you so much for doing this. You've provided a ton of value in one single video. You guys are really killing it here in your podcast! love it!
Yes it's good to get a sense for the attainment, you'll need to judge the interview and context to know when to ask it. Recruiters generally won't know or say
Does it matter if you don't use work examples for questions like When is a time you failed or what's an accomplishment you're most proud of? I have a 2nd round interview Thurs morning with a sales manager about an SDR role @ Snowflake. I have years of sales experience coming from a different industry than tech though. What are your thoughts?
Not a problem but have a healthy balance of both. Ideally if you have sales experience most of your answers should be about that, but 1 or 2 personal stories are fine, so long as it's not the majority. For instance I talk at times about my athletic background and that works well so long as it's like 1 example
@@techsales-higherlevels Great news! I made it to the final round for a presentation. I'd really like to get some pointers for this if you're available. I don't really see any videos on a final presentation for tech sales. Do you have a Calendly or time we can chat?
Yeah I'm just asking for legal like have u ever seen it happen? Bc I just went to a final round for a sales job but didn't get choosen. Thanks for the content!
