They may well be very Florida, but we had them in Texas too. My parents closed in the screen porch and put glass jalousies in the upper part. I was crazy about that back porch!

I can understand both point of views, I kinda like the idea...you dont have peoples dog's and cats pooping on your yard..most people dont clean up after their pets..I hate coming home after work..and finding dog poop on my yard..😠😒

It's in the description. But the park is being sold so no telling what it'll be after that.

No way, that place is a dump. The closets are tiny and any place that tells a home owner they can't have a dog is no place to live. $900 lot rental and another $35 lawn maintnace ... there's no lawn, just weeds. NO THANKS !!!!
