Very Good Station Master Paul - Don't throw away your old Calender - Cut the old Calender up in half to use as poster like what I have done in the past - I like your Cups - very good - Nice whistle & a good running session!!! 🙂🚂🚂🚂

Happy New Year, Paul, nice hat :) - I do love the big, brutish 42/52xx and 72xx class locos. The 72xx's were rebuilds of forty 52xx's and fourteen 42xx's.
I got an LNER A4 that I wasn't expecting and some Canadian Pacific cars to be pulled behind my SD-40 diesel so that was quite good.

Glad you liked the hat. I promised my nephews that it would be in my next video. The 52XX and 72XX are on my wish list. Best wishes for the new Year. Regards Paul.

I once made the same mistake as you, regarding the preserved 2-8-0 GWR tank engine. One, on loan from the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway, was visiting the Severn Valley Railway a long time ago. I was on Bewdley Station with my Dad, watching the large tank engine roll in.
"Oh," I observed, "a Large Prairie Tank Engine."
"Not quite," Daddy corrected me. "It's a 2-8-0 tank engine, with the body of a Prairie Tank Engine." I learned the difference between the two types. The 42/52xx 2-8-0 tank engine has two pony wheels in front and eight driving wheels behind. Whereas the Large Prairie Tank Engine has two pony wheels in front, six driving wheels in the middle and two pony wheels at the back. Shows you how much my Dad taught me, from his own experiences. Without his knowledge, I wouldn't know as much as I do about steamies big and small alike. Thankyou, Daddy, for everything.

Thanks for the information. Although I cover other regions it's GWR for me. Best wishes for the new year. Regards Paul.

I am well thanks hope you are too. Glad your British Monarch is OK. Mine needed a few repairs to make it right. I am happy with mine now. I have a new locomotive on it's way and will make a video when it arrives. Thanks for watching and commenting. Regards Paul.
