This video is heaven-sent. Today was the day I was bound to break my 72 day streak. I'm sick, on heavy medication,In bed and its 9pm here in Zimbabwe and BOOM! Notification! Thanks hella, I did my 1.5kms. The streak live on.🤜🏿

1.5 km? That doesn’t count. There should be a rule that you have to run over 3 miles at least

I do have a system and I plan my workouts at the beginning of the week depending on my schedule. Hellah - first off congrats on the 100k and just wanted to mention the videos look super clean. However, like some other people are saying, there are some negative health aspects to running everyday. I have had issues with my knees running on pavement and treadmills and found that grass is the best option. All that consistent pounding cannot be good for the knees. I am wondering if you have ever had an MRI to see the condition of your knees, meaning like whether your meniscus may have been injured (like mine is currently due to running) or some other type of knee injury due to running. I really want to get back to running but am very curious to know if you have had pain in your knees due to running for so many days without a break. Thanks

A professional runner does not want to have “big muscles”. Big Muscles are heavy and they would slow him down.
But it’s not that because this person is running that he has no big muscles. It’s because he does not train his muscles in a way that they are getting big (hypertrophy training).
Someone who does recreational sport should not fear that running will make him slim and “eats” his muscles. A balanced training with running + weight training (Could be only body weight) + recovery will help someone to built muscles and loose body fat (so that you see the muscles).
Nutrition is another important factor to consider.

Keep it up. I started running short distances (mainly focused on speed). Slowly start pushing yourself to go further every day. Set a goal where you plan on running 3.2 km (2 miles) in 30 minutes. Don't stop until you finish. Then focus on beating that time every few runs.
Another tip, run with music. Find some songs that energize you and keep you going. With the music, focus on reaching a certain distance before a song ends, like a quarter mile or half mile of something (this helped me improve my time immensely).
Trust me when I say this, when you push yourself to your fullest ability, and believe that you can make it, you can and you WILL. If you don't believe in yourself, then remind yourself of me, a random commenter on TH-cam, and how I believe that you can go further than ever before. Keep up the hard work and get to it!!!

Better advice, moderate your runs. Don't try to set PRs every day. Instead, leave a couple days a week to serve as rest days, and go for a nice long jog or slow run. By doing this, you we still keeping up with the challenge, but you are also not overexerting yourself. That being said, you will hit walls, and sometimes you will undergo a week or two of sluggishness and no progression, but if you fight past those weeks, you come out stronger and running harder, faster, and/or further.

i am a beginer runner and i want to have a fit body like you (muscular), not want to be too thin, so I have a gym combination, but I still have not found a reasonable workout schedule. Can you help me?

Push, pull, legs is a good split if you’re too busy for that then look up mike thurstons recent full body workout video, and repeat that routine 3 times a week. Good luck bro

We all gotta start somewhere. If you feel embarrassed just jog back and forth in a place where no one is around to look

Did you run during soccer? If you did then you are good! Sometimes you don't have to record yourself or force yourself to run a certain distance to get something in. Sometimes you can get a run in by doing something fun.

Notepad writing tip - write the word first, then say it. Don’t say it then write it. Displaying the words in the left margin also make the notepad obsolete Great info about running
