Happy to have been recommended this video by TH-cam. Started taking running seriously the last few months as all the football/soccer leagues here have been shut down, and this inspires me to keep it up!
That's very admirable. One of my goals for this year is to incorporate 30 min of physical exercise per day. I have only been doing it for two weeks and I honestly feel so much better already. Cheers.
Great video... Took up running seriously after going through a lot of things this year like loosing a job and a relationship. I started running 6 times a week four months ago. I'm training for a half marathon and I run 5 km now with a PB of 19 minutes and 24 seconds. I have lost 9 kilograms in the process. I'm kinda grateful for what happened, I wouldn't have started this unless I lost what I had and amazed at the progress.
You have inspired me to try this. I will start with a 5 min run each day and progress from there hopefully. And may I say, you have very beautiful eyes!! :)

@@tylermorris7632 Well I run all my morning runs on an easy pace and on different routes so if my pace on those got better is hard to say. But my general shape got better and I got a new PR in the 3000m.
@@Wuudy Besides the normal sore legs, back, shoulders, etc. I started having issues with my right foot in the last 60 days. I never got it diagnosed, but it felt like my Achilles or an over worked muscle in my foot. I felt pain in the first mile of my runs, but it would slowly fade away the more I got warmed up. It took about a year and a half to fully recover from it. Still one of my biggest accomplishments ever. 🥺
Haven't been sick in 2020 either and I think one of the reasons is Covid-season. No shaking hands with random people, no hugging friends, only close contact with few relatives and I believe this helped me stay healthy as well. Morning runs might have helped as well though. I am so proud of you and I know exactly what you mean. I could not walk because I had spinal surgeries and chronic problems with my joints. For a long time I was misdiagnosed and told I had arthritis at an early age. One day a practitioner told me to run a special test and I found out that I have both Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis and I was told then I would never walk the same and be in chronic pain. I started to walk slowly to prove to myself that a disease would not defy me and now I run charitable marathons. The fear was always there but my love for running didn’t stop me but motivated me to live my life differently. Thank you for your story.♥️🙏🏻👍🏻

Well done, lad! And here is a message to everybody who thinks (and only thinks) about getting fit, losing weight etc >>> It is never too late to start .... and it is never too early.
Thanks! And good advice to people!
Wow starkt av dig. Vilken motiverande video!
This was the first video of yours I've watched and subscribed straight away. Inspiring, authentic and fantastic videography! Please keep it up!
Thanks for your nice comment, glad you liked it and welcome to the channel!
Why? Because i love starting my day with a run! That is all the reason ever needed. Well done! :)
Yeah I guess it's enough of a reason to get out there even those days it's a bit harder to get out of bed. Thanks 😊
Beginning every day with something you love to do seems to be a great motivator! Also, with those views during your runs; who wouldn’t love to run?
Congratulations on staying injury free for a year, that is amazing!
Yeah it's for sure is a great way to start the day! Thanks 😊
Happy to have been recommended this video by TH-cam. Started taking running seriously the last few months as all the football/soccer leagues here have been shut down, and this inspires me to keep it up!
Glad you liked it and found it inspiring, ok then I wish you the best of luck with your running!
That's very admirable. One of my goals for this year is to incorporate 30 min of physical exercise per day. I have only been doing it for two weeks and I honestly feel so much better already. Cheers.
Thanks! Ok that's a great goal I wish you the best of luck with your training!
Cool I wish you the best of luck with running every day, sounds smart to start of with 5min!
I am inspired as well! Tomorrow i start!!💪
I'm so impressed! I love challenges, almost every month I have one, like no sugar, no social media, no unnecessary expenses. I've never done one for all year DAILY though. Congrats, amazing inspiration.
+ you have the cutest smile
Thanks! Cool those sounds like great challenges as well!
Very inspiring. I’ve ran the last 3 days consecutively, and felt good overall with mild soreness.
To hear your story motivates me to get out more often. Thank you.
Awesome stuff, God bless you
great video Goran, generous and interesting. I'm delighted to hear that heart issue won't prevent you enjoying running. Thanks for creating this video.
Thanks! Very glad you liked it ant thanks for your nice comment 😊
How awesome! Congratulations!
Thanks!
This video literally motivated me to run even more 🥰 what a fire production and story 🔥
Thanks 😀 I'm glad the video inspired you to run more, good luck with your running!
Grymt gjort💪💪. Gillar verkligen dina filmer. Välgjorda och intressanta med. Du får med allt, känsla, naturen osv. Keep them coming✌️
Tack Samuel! Kul att höra att du gillar filmerna 😀
I’m doing this! Starting tomorrow morning. I’ll comment below in a year if I remember
Wow cool good luck! Remember to not start with running to long every day so your body gets used to it and you avoid injury! Looking forward to that comment in a year! 😁
@@goranwinblad I’ll keep that in mind thanks! Speak to you in a year...
Why??
Good luck buddy!
@@goranwinblad what distances did you start with and average?
This man is definitely a man of excellence. Much respect! Not only running everyday and accomplishing his goal but also the filmmaking!
Thanks 😊
You have a new sub! It was very inspirational for me, I’m starting to run again and I want to run at least a half marathon this new year
Thanks welcome to the channel! Glad you found it inspiring ok cool good luck with your training!
I was on the fence about going out to run today; here I am lying on the couch with my laptop watching your video. I'll be lacing them up when it's over. Just what I needed at just the right time. Thanks for the motivation.
This makes me so happy to hear Peter, hope you had a great run! 😊
@@goranwinblad Indeed I did! I Love the channel.
I ran every morning too in 2020: from bed to kitchen 👌 breakfast doesnt wait.
Haha 😅
Lmaoo
What pace?
Hahaha..
😄 funny
Nice dude keep it going
Thanks!
Congrats 🎉 Running is a love/hate relationship. The hardest part is having your mind convince your body to get up and move. From 2017-2018 I ran a 5k everyday for 365 days. My biggest accomplishment to date.
Thanks 😊 yeah you are so right! Wow ok that's a huge accomplishment 😁
Did your times get better?
@@tylermorris7632 Well I run all my morning runs on an easy pace and on different routes so if my pace on those got better is hard to say. But my general shape got better and I got a new PR in the 3000m.
David, how did your body respond to running the 5k everyday? Did you get any injuries?
Congrats on finishing the challenge and glad it made you feel better!
Yeah you are probably right that it has something to do with that!
planning on watching all your content, thanks for taking your time to post these videos. Inspiration! Train Hard - Have FUN
Thanks! Super glad you like my videos and find them inspiring 😁
Great work! I’ve been running everyday for over 19 years and every year I learn something new!
Well done, I found this really inspirational!
Thanks, that makes me really happy that you found it inspirational!
You made me start streakerunning myself - it‘s been six weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thank you for your inspiration, I really enjoy your videos! 😊
Wow that makes me very happy to hear! Congrats on starting with this great habit and good luck with your running 😊
Seeing you on Strava every day is so encouraging and impressive!
Thanks Mallory, glad you find it encouraging 😊
I like the humility, it is the one pulling my attention to your videos! I wish I could have one as well
Nobody:
Göran: Walks on water
Haha 😅
I has the same thought, haha very good move
I was so confused 😂
I just discovered your videos and I gotta admit that you look so sincere and passionate about running ! + you look super friendly! Keep it up💥
Thanks for your nice comment Florent and welcome to the channel!
At. the beginning of the video. I thought. it said Iran...
Same
So what??? You stopped there judging him? Then what happened? Did you checked your ears? Or changed speakers? How you came to know that you are right in listening and he is wrong in pronunciation?
Just want to tell you being judgmental you missed whole beautiful vdo and learning from his hardwork. God bless you 🙏
@@theincredible3453 jeez damn, whats your problem? No one's judging anyone. And his pronounciation wasn't wrong, it's just that the font + all caps looked like "Iran" instead of I ran. Chill. The video was great, by the way
@@theincredible3453 bhai thamja aaram se! Who tf said he was being judgemental and missed the video??
But he ran right xD
I can SO relate to this feeling:) I've been running for a year now with my girlfriend , every day (minus the 2 weeks off when she had covid) , at 6am, for about 3km/daily (with longer runs in the weekend) . So spring, summer, Autumn, winter (extraordinary feeling to run it the cold snow) and again spring. Best thing we have ever done and we will continue to do. I encourage everyone to try this starting the day, i can really say its a life-changing routine.
PS: I really like your videos , thank you for taking the time!
Thanks for sharing your story really cool to hear! Good luck with your running 😊
congrats!! that's so cool, I also started to run this year and at first I couldn't even run 10 minutes without stopping and now I can run up to 25 and it feels soo good💪🏻💪🏻
Congrats on getting into running! 😀
With the amount of movement and jumping and all that and the sound stays so accurate and clear. Cheers for the effort but also for the technical skills !
Thanks :)
So positive energy :)
Congrats!! Huge accomplishment. I'm on day 347.. didn't start on Jan 1, but I started and I'm so grateful I did this. My goal was to run for 30 days and then I didn't stop!
Thanks! And a huge congrats to you for getting from those 30 days to 347 yeah when you have developed such a good habit there's no reason to stop 😀
Well done dude ! I wish the best for this new year
From France
Thanks! 😀 I wish you the best this year as well!
But, this year had 366 days. Didn't count; redo the challenge, please.
Haha yeah you're right so I did 366 days in a row. Ok will do another try to do 365 days this year 😅
@@goranwinblad Honestly, it's incredible that you did this challenge.. It is inspiring to myself and so many others.
WOW THIS WAS SO BEAUTIFULLY FILMED. You are super underrated now but please keep posting! You have a gift for storytelling and cinematography :)
Thanks for your nice comment I'm glad to hear you liked it 😊
Keep running! I finished my 195th everyday run yesterday
Will do! Ok congrats on that and good luck with your running!
Very genuine and inspiring ! happy running !
Today is my 286th day of moving , when my knees don't permit to run then power walk has been an alternate.
Thanks! Ok cool congrats on keeping that going for 286 days and good luck with your running!
You have got a great smile man! ❤️.
Congrats on achieving your goal, you're a legend! I'm 31 and started running for the first time in my life in 2020, and I can honestly say that 2020 was one of the best years for me thanks to that. People like you motivate me a lot, I hope you will crush your goals in 2021 too!
Thanks! And congrats to you for starting to run, so cool to hear that i changed your life to the better, keep up the good work!
@@goranwinblad Thank you🙏🏻

Running. 10 min km or 4 min km. It doesnt matter...as long as you are running.
Just discovered the channel, hello from New Brunswick, Canada!!! Your trails look just like ours, up and down, rock, trees and the ocean. Stay healthy my friend!!
Thank you for your motivational message and happy new year!
I'm very glad you found it motivational, happy new year!
Top 10 inspirational video of the year for me. Fantastic! Thank you.
That makes me very glad to hear, thanks 😊
Actually, it must have been 366 days in a row because of February 29, 2020 - this just came to my mind during my first run of the year!
Haha you're right and after today it's 367 days 😅 Hope you had a good run 😊
Thank you for making this video and I really enjoy watching it. I hope you will not have any heart problem my prays with you. Keep running buddy. Take care and stay safe and enjoy your life.
Just started this myself. Thought I'd give it a go !
Cool good luck with your running!
How is it going??
@@goranwinblad Hi, just thought I'd give you an update. Consecutive days running now 129. Picked up a slight calf injury which I'm managing to run with ok albeit at a slow pace in order to aid recovery. Really enjoying doing this challenge as the bad weather has now gone and summer is around the corner.
@@goranwinblad I did it, everyday for 365 days! Just editing all my footage so I can upload it. Be a while yet!

Next year, the sequel:

Underrated
Finally understand whats this means
I literally thought for a sec. wtf iran has to do in this video. Than noticed. It's i Ran😂
lmao
Väldigt inspirerande! Bra jobbat! 💪
Tack!
As nobody should run with a cold, ill or injured, this was only possible in 2020!
Yeah probably social distancing helped with not getting a cold!
I never got a cold in 2019 either. So not true.
@@NostalgiNorden My mother is a primary school teacher and says that kids are much less sick this year due to social distancing and hygiene measures.
So you not getting a cold in 2019 is probably just because you have a good immune system. So, congrats on that.
genuinely just a nice guy thank you for your motivation, keep it going
Thanks 😊
At first read it as "IRAN every day for a year" and thought "what he's been doing in Iran whole year" :D
Just noticed that. Wouldn't have if you mentioned it.
same 😂
CONGRATULATIONS KING ❤️
RESPECT.
My dad did the same last year and is doing it again this year, you guys are crazy!
9:03 for 3k is stunning.
Thanks, hoping to get under 9min this year 😊
That would be my time if I sprinted all the way, wow
Absolutely motoring!!!
9.03 you ran alone🙄 wow...What is your 1500m PB? You must have been competing in past (high school, university days?)
Thats what I was thinking! Wow thats fast
I've ran every day for 2 years and a half now and the benefits really are incredible and nicely summarised in this video. It's an incredible way to stay in good shape physically and mentally and I'd recommend it to anyone. Great video man!
Thanks glad you liked it and a huge congrats on keeping at it for so long!
He genetically morphed into the Flash.
I started to run every single day when the pandemic in March 2020 began and I loved. I'm planning to do it again this year, but I got injured in the beginning od the year, so I have to postpone it, until I will be able to run without any problems. Thank you very much for the video, it has given me a lot of inspiration!
Ok cool to hear! Ok hope you recover fast from your injury and good luck with your running!
I did it in 2019, just one month though. It impressed me how my pants suddenly became too big in the first week.
Ok cool yeah running is a good way to burn calories 😅
Your experience inspired me to begin a year of daily running!! Many thanks for sharing it with us!!

Goran, you have been one of my greatest inspirations to run this year, and I wish with all my heart that your channel grows a lot this year, you deserve that and much more! Thanks for everything, once again, greetings from Costa Rica! :))
Thanks for your nice comment Gabriel I appreciate it a lot! I'm very happy to hear my content inspires you to run that is really motivating for me to hear. Good luck with your running and have a great 2021!
Today I went for a 5k morning run. It was maybe the 20th time in 365 days. Every day is a struggle to get motivated.
But today not. I think it is because I made the decision in the evening before, while setting my alarm. I trully, deeply pushed myself to take that decision. As a result it had never been so easy to get out of bed and go for a run.
Back home, enjoying a nice coffee and youtube break before working and I stumble randomly on that video (Google knows).
I had a smile during the entire video.
Great job Göran! Very inspiring!
Wow that's such a cool story, and yeah it for sure helps to make up your mind before you go to bed! Good luck with your running 😀
