    Whew!!! Just done this core-strengthening exercise!!! I found this workout short but really powerful and hard. Especially the very last one (alternating arm postures during the plank pose) was the hardest to me. I already feel my stomach strengthened. haha... Thank you so much, coach Holly!!!

    Oh my gosh I thought my core was doing pretty ok (because I've been doing the other core workout by coach holly!) And then THIS workout happened! Thank you! I couldn't complete it, but tomorrow is always another day (if my core will let me get up tomorrow morning)!
