    One of the best dynamic core workouts for your core ! I am grateful for the modifications you did for each exercise especially for the side plank, which I still can’t do yet. So ty! Used this video for my post run core strength workout. 😊

    thank you coach Holly, I'm 56 but always glean something from your coaching , Strength training is my "running" training, I do more strength training than running, but then the 2.5 miles I do, seems EASY because of the strength training , thank you Coach

    I tried this warm-up today for the first time and right away set a new personal record on the 5k :). Not sure if there is a correlation, but still, great video.

    Thanks for the great video. Is this a routine I can incorporate as a supplement to running, 2-3x per week? Or would you recommend another video?

      You definitely can, though it's fairly short for a workout. I might tack it on to a run before or after and then maybe do it by itself just one of the other days in your weekly training.

      Lots of great longer workouts here on the channel you can supplement with running though!

    My abs are still stuck at 9 minutes per mile 😧
