I tried this warm-up today for the first time and right away set a new personal record on the 5k :). Not sure if there is a correlation, but still, great video.
You definitely can, though it's fairly short for a workout. I might tack it on to a run before or after and then maybe do it by itself just one of the other days in your weekly training.
