Dropping your shoulders below your elbows can cause shoulder injury. Shoulders and elbows should reach a 90 degree angle to protect shoulders. Just don’t want anyone to get injured. Other than that love what you’re doing!
Hi , i follow u guys n implement lot of ur tips , i am finding positive results. Due lockdown n heavy rain in our region it's become bit irregular in running but from past 41 days I have been exercising in home only skipping 100 no is 1 set , dips 15 no 1set, full squat 25 no 1 set , ab crunch 10 no 1 set . I m improving weekly now I am doing 8 sets . Does these exercises r helpful or not for running . Shall i continue or any change is required plz suggest me bcoz I accept ur words without doubt plz guide me
Either works! I'd say that you could combine with a shorter run day or use it on a non-run day as your strength workout! Could combine with lots of mobility work too, since it's short.
