It saddens me that the only Concord we will ever see flying in the sky again is models like the one in this video. Absolutely gorgeous plane from its design to the sound of the engines. The model was pretty awesome, if I didn't know anybetter I'd think it was a real plane seeing this fly by in real life

Für mich ist die Concorde von Otto Widlroither nach wie vor das Top-RC-Modell, vor allem wie er sie jetzt Acro fliegen lässt.

Unglaublich schöne Modelle die bis ins kleinste Detail gebaut sind, als Gelernter Schreiner weis ich was es heisst genau zu Arbeiten aber diese Modelle stellen meine Genauigkeit in den Schatten, auf jedenfall die Modellbauer die ohne Bausatz ihre Mode entwerfen und selber Bauen.
Solche Modelle hätten es verdient die Details noch besser zu präsentieren.

Too bad the 8 jet engine B52 that was flying a decade or more ago wasn't available for this. It was huge. I heard that it was in the UK and it was illegal to transport it outside of the UK. I also heard that it crashed sometime ago at a total loss. Getting 8 model jet engines perfectly tuned to allow it to fly was a wonderful sight.
Rudder mixing on the Dreamliner would really help those turns

Nice looking RC planes! But Im noticing these RC airplanes are getting bigger and bigger, which makes me wonder about liability issues--if this RC plane malfunctions in the air or the radio loses contact, the plane is going to crash down possibly hitting something or someone causing destruction and/or death

F104 would be so much better without wierd music.
I would have configured the B-52 Aircraft with 6 thrust vectoring turbojet engines along with incorporating a 15% swept back wing with a 4' smaller wing span & a 8 foot longer & 10 foot larger diameter fuselage. This would also be a blueprint for the next generation of B-52 bombers. This will allow the B-52 bomber to have 4 bomb bays along having AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles for aerial defense. This would be a page of Dale Brown's "Flight Of The Old Dog".
I would also like to see an ariel refueler for some of these large RC aircraft. Is anyone working on this type of model? I would surely love to see.

yes, in germany flight models are allowed to weigh a maximum of 25kg. everything over 25kg requires a permit and may only be flown at approved airfields ...

Bei Drohnen dachte ich nicht an DJI sondern an militärische UAVs wie den Predator oder den Bayraktar TB2. RC-Modelle werden immer größer, es stößt ständig an die Grenzen.

Its always the same, Someone with a heap of money and a huge and or expensive model airplane just don't know how to land the plane to scale. it most of the time looks awkward and wrong.
You could literally build a real airplane for just a bit more $
