@@shen8994 not really, our favorite frog man and night club owner is worthy of mention but this was sly 1's panda king. The panda who caused avalanches onto mountain villages with his explosive fireworks and had a army of ape minions.

Dat moment when you realize all the ancestors you met through Sly 4 were each hunted down and brutally killed by Clockwerk.
They didn't die otherwise sly wouldn't be alive those cooper's defeated clockwerk but he did some cheats and revived himself
seto arm That's not how time travel works. At the end of the first game it's established that Clockwerk hunted down every one of his ancestors, and judging by the fact he killed Sly's father, I'd say he was pretty successful in doing so. He only turned himself metal so he could be ageless.
I can recite all of the boss fights and the introductions. I've played it that much.
He killed them after they already had offspring. Which is more fucked up because he only lets them live enough to reproduce so he could kill more Coopers.

I feel like each game, Carmalita's accent grows more and more hispanic. By the fourth game, she's finally gotten it.
Well, she had been changing voice actors for every game, but her accent felt more American in Sly 2. That's my opinion anyways.
Briar Mason I preferred sky 2s version over the others. Every other version seemed to need atleast another take on the voice lines to make them sound better but it never happened. The one on sly 2 nailed mostly all of her voice lines
Grey Delise Griffin was voice Carmelita Fox from thieves in time and doing the voice of Carmelita fox in DC superhero girls as wonder woman.
Also, her outfit gets more and more revealing.
@@quinnfletcher3906 She already wore just a little cover on her breasts and a jacket (which I'm sure would be considered indecent). The only real difference is that in TiT she trades the pants for a skirt.

You know with everything Clockwerk said during that fight, I would really like to see a game centered around the first time Clockwerk came into contact with the Coopers. What did they do to make him so mad? To replace his limbs with metal just so he could stay alive and kill every Cooper he found? I'd like to know the answer someday.
This is just a hunch, but maybe Clockwerk wanted to be the best master thief hundreds of years ago, but was always outclassed by the Coopers. That might explain his rage and jealousy.
That would make sense. I still would like to see a game on it.

Or maybe he was the crime king and mastermind. But suddenly his empire lost it's reputation when the Cooper first succeeded in plotting against them. Giving Clockwork a rival who was outsmarting him as they said a criminal above criminals, making him loathe their sudden rise in skill and reputation and tumbling his own into ruin
I have to admit,after hearing the backstory of the fiendish five,I kinda feel sorry for them and understand why they became what they are now...(except for Raleigh and Clockwerk. Raleigh because his excuse is pretty....weak (he was bored)

I'll say! In the right hands, Mz Ruby could have been one of the finest priestesses in Haiti. On the upside, the Panda King DOES redeem himself in Sly 3, but that's another story.

Recalling that these are the people who killed Sky's parents, I can't feel sorry for them. They were hurt... That does not give them the right to hurt innocents.
I like how the HD remastered version of Sly 1 completely destroyed the audio syncing of the Mz. Ruby boss fight... It's glorious.
Ok, yeah they messed up on that, but redeemed themselves on the other stages and games

I remember playing Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus when I was a kid back in 2002. I had many struggles while playing this game. Didn't know what to do or where to go. I was stuck. But I finally finished the whole game! I finished this game a lot of times as I can remember. I love playing Sly Cooper! Good memories! Now, I'm 20 years old, but I'll never forget this game.

when I was little I allways thought Carmelita feel into the giant pit of lava.. I mean the color scheme is appropiate, but much later I realised its a cartoon/comic style effect, still, I could understand her anger with him more easily in the second game - thinking he had left her falling into the vulcano handcuffed to the railing :P
I'd argue that the kiss alone would have sufficed to immobilize her.. and her shock pistol..

I love how we get some background on each Cooper ancestor. I just wish we could have seen the faces of Sly's parents.
In all the "bad guys busted!!" papers, in the top left corner, it says "dude, thats ____" well, on panda kings, it says "dude, thats kickass" lol

I just want to point out, that up until you defeat Clockwerk, the cutscene that plays after defeating a boss features a member of the Cooper line and what they did in their time. Oddly enough however, we aren't greeted with a segment after defeating Clockwerk. I know those Coopers are used to let Sly learn a new move in the game, but it still would have been a nice touch if we learned a fifth Cooper just for the sake of curiosity.
Would've been cool if the last page was his Father's entry in the book.
@@LamestLameOK I might be remembering wrong, but I don’t think his dad got his chance to write in the book. At least not to the point where it reveals his technique, because it’s only revealed after venturing the Cooper Vault and getting to his segment.

How does Carmelita follow Sly to the places she does? Isle O'Wrath, Mesa City, Haiti, China, and Russia? I think some of those locations are out of her jurisdiction?

This game was the first time I ever heard Clockwerk. When I was about 7 and because of that every single time I hear the word clockwerk I think of him. Same exact thing with Dimitri. Pretty interesting.

***** You should, but i thought the game changes gameplay a bit after you start Ruby's part. I wanted more of that stealth platforming after playing Muggshot's section. Jumping between switching laser floors in Slo Mo was pretty awesome
