Two Day Super Inshore Slam Lower Chesapeake Bay

This episode I take my friend Jacob down to the lower bay for a days of kayak fishing. The weather wasn't the greatest, & neither was the bite but May can be a really transitional time period. All said though we were still able to find some fish. We used white & chartreuse 4 & 5 inch swimming mullet Gulp!most of the time. By the bridge we used peeler crab & sand moles looking for wreck fish. Jacob caught the live croaker I used with a sand mole.hope you enjoy ! Summer is upon us !

Get some fiddler crabs and mussels at low tide and hit up under the bridge for some sheepshead goodness

Unsolicited tip from another kayak angler (who fishes at the eastern shore too): use a measuring board to measure the fish! easier, quicker, and more accurate than the tape

@karacuddapah9433 I normally use my red Ketch board , I had just forgotten it in the van for the first part of this video , I put that speckled trout on the board haha great tip
